I just saw the disappointing Youtube video of Officer Herold. New officers need better training and leadership to ensure they don't embarrass their departments and themselves like this. Really sad.

Aacpd court ordered by a judge my husband is supposed to have my step son on the weekends. An officer of yours told my husband she was not making him go because of the mother saying things that are false but no charges being pressed. When my husband asked the officer for her information she would not give it to him! Our lawyer even told her it was against the law and she did not care!!!!! My husband is going for full custody getting close to the court date she's keeping him now from seeing his son and your police department thinks it's ok!

I have lived in Edgewater for 3 years. I'm astounded by the blatant unprofessional demeanor of the officer I've had contact with in this district. Please note I've never had any issues until I moved here. I come from a family of officers and even they can't believe what happened. My contact was with officer Cruz-Miranda. He had pulled me over for a minor infraction which I don't deny or have any issue with. I immediately complied with all requests and was cooperative. Office

I don't know if I am submitting this in the right place, but I would love to give feedback on an incident I have recently had.
