This is my first visit. When I entered, the ONLY teller was not at her station, but she was standing near the kiosk, talking to en elderly woman who seemed to need a lot of assistance. The teller greeted me and said she would be with me in a minute. Since she was NOT at her station, I thought she was a greeter. When I finished completing my bank slip, I noticed that there was no teller at the teller stations, so I asked where they were. This is when the teller turned to me and said that she told me that she would be with me when she was done talking to the elderly lady. At this point, the bank closes in about 10 minutes and the elderly woman is rattling off a list of things that she needs. Rather than ask me what I wanted, to see if it could be done quickly, the teller offers to look up all of the woman's inquiries at the teller desk. It was the elderly woman who suggested that I go first. All I did was make a payment on my mortgage, with my mortgage coupon. However, the teller required an ID. Her demeanor was very offputting. As the elderly woman continued to sit to the side, another customer came in thinking he was next. However, the teller wanted him to wait until she serviced the elderly woman. The elderly woman offered to let him go ahead of her too because she had a list of things that needed to be looked up. Thank God the elderly woman had common sense. You don't make people with 2 minute transactions wait, when you haven't even begun one that may take an hour. The man that entered was kind enough to help the elderly woman walk to the teller's desk, but the female teller's attitude is too aggressive. The male customer didn't appreciate the teller's attitude either.

Linda was extremely patient and very helpful in helping me with my transactions. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since banking with Truist.

Just wanted to exchange $10 so I could get a present for my little daughter. They refused as I am not a customer. I told them that I and my 3 kids will never be their customers just for that reason!

They do not like people of color please if you read this report this location .On or about February 28th I walked into the Truist Pikesville branch after getting some ice coffee from Starbucks across the street . I entered the bank and ask if I could speak with someone regarding starting a new relationship with truist via checking and savings account . I was told to walk over to a bank specialist office and no one was in the office . I waiting for 2 min then a lady walked over and asked “have I been helped already what am I here for “. I explained to her I wanted to start a new relationship and I had some inquires about the incentives to do so which is the 500$ march promotion you guys have going on . The bank specialist looked at me like I had ten heads and then told me she was not informed about this promotion . I had my laptop with me so as she “looked “ for more information I pulled up all the information on my laptop via the truist website . The bank specialist also asked her branch manager for help , that also did not know about the promotion . Marci Guarman approached her staff specialist office that I was sitting in and told me she was not informed of the promotion and then asked me “ are you just here to get money or you want to start a relationship with truist .” My response was “ I was incentivize to start a relationship because of the promotion that truist has to offer via two deposits that total 1000 in 90 days , then truist will deposit 500$ “ . I was very disappointed in her ignorance and I think she should no longer hold her position for the fact and matter she was rude and had no knowledge of truist promotions and or incentives to build new relationships .

If you are black please stay away from this location, they are as racist as they can be. I had a appointment at 2:30 today, I came in at 2:20, lady with black curly hair who refused to tell me her name told me to wait, 5 minutes ago someone else came and she took them, I went there and asked, what is happening I had appointment at 2:30 why is him taken care of and I am not, she said, he has appointment at 2:45.... Now you can figure it out, the difference between me the banker and the gentleman that came in is that I am black and they were wait...Racism is my conclusion.
