They have a good selection of things, I wouldn't say the prices are good though compared to say walmart or something. The service is lacking here though. I tried to get help out to my car for something that was fairly big, i ttook about a half hour before someone was willing to help with that. I had jut gone through surgery so it was necessary for the assistance. Thanks anyway

As of this writing, Target’s latest earnings per share is 36% higher than this time last year and their cash flow is multiples higher than the year before.Yet the lines here go halfway across the entire store on peak hours like it’s a homeless soup kitchen. There’s always empty registers but they can’t seeem to spare any of their profits to hire a few more cashiers, it’s honestly egregious.

Target is why I shop on Amazon. We stopped at the Canton store because we needed items that we couldn't wait for Amazon to deliver. While my wife shopped, I stopped at the Cafe for a hot pretzel and fountain soda. After paying, I realized that none of the soda fountains worked, so I asked the clerk for a refund, which she grumbled about but gave. She then gave me my pretzel, which when I bit in was totally frozen. By this time my wife was done shopping, so I asked for a refund on the pretzel. The clerk said "I don't have f@@@ing time to deal with you" at which time she called over her manager. The manager defended the employee, saying I shouldn't have complained since I got a refund. I said the employee used the f word to me. I'll never set foot in this store again.

There are never any more than two people working the registers at this location, do there are always long, lines. I'm taking 30-45 minute lines to just pick something quick up. Even the self checkout has insanely long lines. This location is badly mismanaged.

I really have the worst experience I was about to pay with a $100 bill was new bill they told me they can't take my money because the money detector was keep saying error and they don't take my money this is ridiculous the full amount was $380.00 at the moment I wasn't having my card with me I wait for my husband less then 5 minutes to get in the store,and get me his card I ask to the manager if I can paid for the merchandize,she said back to the line and then sigh make me feel really bad ,they don't wanna do there job ,you need to hire people they do wanna work that's what the get paid.

I'm in the store now I'm in line trying to pay there is only 2 cashiers and only 1 line self pay very bad waste my time 25 minutes to pay

Place is a bit woke. Aside from that, they usually have the things I'm looking for. The service is ok, and they do have a big selection of things. I do like the place more than say walmart. They have good value, at times. I came in today trying to get something though, and the person wasn't willing to help. Said "I'll be back", and took off.

This store would be good if it weren't horribly understaffed. Tonight, I spent an hour picking out groceries for the next couple weeks, and when I went to check out, the person by the registers said there was nothing open other than the self-checkout lane. I actually told her I was leaving the cart and she could put it all back and walked out to go to the supermarket next door. I have a bad neck and using the self checkout is uncomfortable for me, on top of just being annoying. I only went back because I didn't have the energy to shop for stuff again. I don't think I'm likely to ever go to this Target for groceries again. There are two other supermarkets in the same complex that actually have people working in them.

Some of the world’s most unfriendly and unprofessional people work at this store..in the entire world. I’ve been to stores on most continents and have never seen people behave as miserably as they can at the order pick up/drive up here.
