This place is clean, welcoming and safe. The management team was very friendly and welcoming. Alima was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable, patient and eager to wnswer all our questions. We toured other buildings but we prefer the academy to all the other options in the area.

I was thoroughly impressed with the layout, the presentation and the welcoming feeling that was given. Khalia was absolutely awesome in the way she professionally presented. Needless to say, she had me at hello. However, it is my daughter's decision and I definitely will tell her what I thought. I understand now why the Academy is such a highly desirable living space.

There were ants in the room and the staff had a very poor attitude and always unhelpful.
My Luxer One was not activated more than 6 months due to staff delays! Room soundproofing was very poor. This place has managed to trick Johns Hopkins freshmen to moving in using the the successful marketing strategy. As I know no Johns Hopkins student chosen to extend their lease after the onld one ending. With same price you can easily find much better apartments than this place.
Worst academy I've ever lived in.
