Sheria P., the manager, is a force. She knows the product and runs a great store. Nabbed some 1/2 off specials and a $2 lip and cheek stain. Corporate- time to move this lady up! She is an asset to your company.

Made a special effort to get to this location while passing through the airport this morning. When I got there, the gate was down and there was a handwritten note in fading green marker that said, "Be back in 30 min."I understand that you may only have one employee sometimes and need to close for break. But first, your handwritten sign is unprofessional. Have something professionally printed - you can afford it. Second, 30 minutes from when?? Stating an arbitrary number of minutes does not tell your customers when to expect your return. Do you really think it serves your customers well to not know if you are returning in 2 minutes or 30?I did not wait and will take my business elsewhere.

Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were kind of expensive but the quality of the products made it worth it.

I found the employees to be most helpful in suggesting items and colors that would work with my skin type. I am over 50 and felt welcome in a store that seems to cater to the younger crowd. Great experience.

I've shopped at several body shops and their customer service is always excellent. This one is no exception. The two ladies working were very helpful and attentive, speaking to all the customers in the store and offering their recommendations. The store was clean and organized and the sales were clearly displayed. They made sure to look up your rewards to link it to your purchase and signed up a couple people while I was in there. Since I commute home through this airport I will definitely be back. Their Pink Grapefruit bar soap has such an invigorating smell and they have a couple new pumpkin scents for the fall!

Risks Your Banking InformationAfter having a reaction to the latest formulation of their sensitive skin cream, which I purchased from the online store, I called the customer service number to find out the time limit for return and how to return the item in store. I was told there was no time limit and given specific instructions as to what to bring to the store so I could receive a refund. A week later, my mother died, so it took me awhile to get around to this errand. When I brought in everything I had been told to, the store (not this location but they don't have a yelp page) found that they couldn't give me a return. The employee made a phone call and reported that they were asking her for my email address so I could send them my banking information, including my "account number" and other details.Of course, I have not used the insecure method of email to send them my banking information. I have called The Body Shop and exchanged several emails with them and still have no resolution. On my most recent phone call I was told no supervisor was available to speak to. Via email, representatives of the Body Shop have repeatedly asked me to send my "account number" and other information, and via the insecure method of email, saying that giving them my account number is the only way I could receive a refund. I did call my bank who told me that a) I would incur a fee for receiving a wire transfer and b) whoever took my information could not be stopped from simply using it to take money out of my account and c) neither the agent I spoke to nor the supervisor she offered to check with had ever heard of a company doing this. "Why can't they just send you a check?" she said. I have said the same thing several times. After having a reaction to their sensitive skin line, I'm not interested in a gift card. Is this really how The Body Shop operates?
