I took the recommendation from the owners response, from my February post since NO ONE ever returned my call. The lady who claimed to be Rose and then Dawn were equally nasty and not helpful. You'd think the owner would want to know thathis driver lied. All they kept asking me was... WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO??? YOU Got A REFUND.Maybe we shouldn't deliver flowers to that business anymore. This is so shameful ?

My husband ordered flowers for valentines for me. This location Lied and stated that they delivered the flowers when they did not. The cameras do not show them delivering the flowers at the time indicated. The staff that they claimed they gave them to, never received the flowers. Helen, the supervisor, said she would call back, but never did. I keep getting the run-around. The supervisor Helen could have cared less about my initial concern regarding flowers not delivered. When I addressed her insensitive and "CARELESS" attitude she became nasty. I will never do business with this company and will be submitting another complaint to 1800 flowers regarding their business ethics. This company LIED!!! they never delivered the flowers as promised. I waited 1 hour outside for them, and they have the nerve to say they delivered them. NOW all of a sudden, the driver is too busy for them to contact, and they haven't seen him. She also stated that she was not going to call him. So saddened by this. You'd think they would want to make things right. I just can't believe the I DON"T CARE ATTITUDE. That in itself speaks volumes.

Called before I placed the order, there was someone to answer. Once I placed the order, email about confirmation was sent. The order I placed was next-day deliver, and they achieved my request of the task. However, the picture online does not match exactly what the real-life flower looks like. Mostly it does, though still have a prettier presentation on the website. Overall I satisfied their service considering the price I pay.

I'm very upset with the floral arrangement they had sent when I had ordered thru Teleflora for my best friend to cheer her up.. it was supposed to be a yellow chick vase with flowers and they substituted some kind of baby shower toy and what looked like a lesser flower arrangement

I am so disappointed with this florist. I sent my friend flowers for the loss of her mother and they look NOTHING like what I prefers and paid for through 1-800-florist. So unbelievably OFF of what I ordered, very disappointed. I will be calling to get the correct flowers delivered! Do they think they can get away with not sending the correct arrangement?

Buyer beware. This florist is awful. I received an arrangement as a gift. it was dead. I cannot believe it was delivered this way. Their card said they offer a 24 hour freshness guarantee. Please call us immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your floral delivery. I called them and they said that would send out a replacement the next day. At 6 pm the following day I called and they said it was on the truck for delivery and they would have it to me by 8 pm. It never arrived. I called the following morning, and was told it was delivered. I checked and found it was not. I called back and they said it was the original delivery she was speaking of. She said it would be delivered that day. We are now on day 4 with no flowers. The person who answers the phone is rude and deceptive. Definitely do not order from them.

Was very disappointed in the service I have received. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law on the death of her mother. I ordered a lavender medley, instead the pictured flowers were delivered on Thursday. When I called I was told that the delivery man must have left the wrong flowers because they remembered preparing the proper ones. I was assured that they would send the correct flowers the next day, Friday. They never arrived. I called again on Saturday and was told they were out for delivery. They were not delivered. I will not order from this florist again, for $85 I expect better service. Pictured are the flowers received, while I expect that they would not be exactly as pictured on the website the flowers ordered were pale lavendar and white. The flowers delivered were not even close.

Sent flowers to someone who has been pretty isolated during this pandemic. She called me exclaming how beautiful they were. The most beautiful flowers she ever recieved. Very elderly, she didn't know how to use her phone to take a picture, so I never saw them. However, as she described them to me, I was sorry I was not able to enjoy seeing them in person! Thank you Baltimore's Florist!

Do not be fooled!!! SCAM COMPANY. This is Rutland Beard. They are the worst florist in Maryland. Call a local florist, do not go to 1800flowers, justflowers, avasflowers, or any of the 3rd party companies because they are order gatherers and send their orders to this SWEAT SHOP. J*** OWNER, J*** EMPLOYEES AND BS FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. don’t say I didn’t warn you.
