Terrible incompetent people. Its a dying bank. They are closing locations. I have been trying to close an account for 6 months. Corresponded with 2 reps via email, they respond back to email maybe once every 6 months whenever they feel in the mood to deal with a customer. This time I will try and contact the president and bypass the lackluster help.

The most horrific incompetent mortgage loan servicing I've experienced in my 35 years of being a home owner. The automated phone system doesn't work half the time, Mr. Vincent McCarty does not know how to return calls or emails in a timely manner, if at all. The banking app is the absolute worst. Make a principal payment and their software applies it as a regular incremental payment so you have to call and email until you get a human being to reverse it and apply it to the principle only. I can't wait until I pay my loan off and walk away from this subpar bank. Do not use them for a mortgage. It's not worth the headache you will live with for the 3/4 or 1% lower interest rate. I made a $16500 payment and they applied $2214 of it as a regular payment after they deducted $2214 out of my checking all on 3/1/22. Run away, as fast as you can from their mortgages and servicing.

I opened a business account here 4 years ago. I enjoy the fact that it is open on Saturdays. The staff is friendly.

I absolutely love having my bank so close to where I live. Super convenient locations. Really great customer service. I especially appreciate VP/Branch Mgr. Ms. Monica Turner. One Saturday, I came in too late to open my first business account. I explained my schedule challenges and she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make me a commercial customer of the bank. I love knowing the people where I do business and it has been wonderful getting to work with Ms. Turner she has really made my experience a wonderful one.
