EDIT: In my experience, any apartment under Kettler management goes downhill quick and this seems to be the case here as well. One of the freight elevators has been down for months, no ETA on repair. At one point, both freight elevators were down and people moving in/out had to bring everything through the lobby. One of the lobby elevators has been down for 2 weeks, management said nothing for over a week and a half. The garage door is broken and now everybody has to enter & exit from the garage exit, no ETA on repairs, just that “they have to order the piece from the manufacturer so it may take a while”. I understand it’s an older building but management’s lack of communication on these issues are very frustrating.
I have been here a month and I absolutely love it so far! The leasing staff and concierge are very friendly and helpful. The building and apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and there have been multiple resident events in the time I’ve been here. Rocky was a great help throughout the entire leasing process!!

Just had an amazing tour with Rocky and we can’t wait to make Tindeco our new home! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with great views. The building is located in a super walkable neighborhood with the marina, stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Touring with Rocky was exceptional. She took her time with us and she was personable, informative and friendly which made us feel right at home. We also got to meet a few tenants and they told us how much they loved living there. Thanks again for your time, Rocky!

For the location and very good price it the best bang for you buck. The experience and hospitality from the staff is great. The maintenance managers are the best. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be at a great location for the price. Also the residents living here are very nice and helpful.

Incredible waterfront views in an unbeatable community! We moved into Tindeco Wharf in Summer 2024 and have been loving it ever since. Rocky and Cathy in the leasing office were a huge help during our application and move-in process, and have continued to be helpful & friendly faces around the building. This is the best bang for your buck as far as apartments go in Canton. Though this building is older and comes with the occasional maintenance hiccup because of that, it is much more charming than some of the newer high rises in the area. With regular building happy hours & social events, I have yet to find a more tight-knit, welcoming community feel anywhere else. I have to shoutout Mr. Woody on the maintenance staff - he is one of the kindest, most helpful individuals I've met! From day one he made made an effort to get to know us on a first-name basis and has since become a regular friendly face around the property.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Believe it or not a waterfront apartment here is less than lots of other apartments in the area. And well worth it. Not only is the apartment beautiful and the views are spectacular, the staff that work here are second to none. I can't say enough about each and every one of them but I'll start with Rocky. Rocky worked so hard and diligently with me to get me approved for the apartment that I really wanted. She advocated for me and guided me through the process! If not for Rocky, I'm not sure I would have gotten the apartment. Beyond that, she is a smiling face whenever I see her. She makes living here even better. I also have nothing but good things to say about Cathy. She is also very helpful and upbeat and when she says she's going to do something, you can count on it. Mike the maintenance super, is probably one of the most professional and nice supers I've ever met. Not only is he and his team here in a flash when you need them, he's also incredibly knowledgeable about the area and very interesting to talk to. Everyone at the front desk is always pleasant and it's so nice to have someone say hello when you come in after being out especially if it's kind of late. The apartment hosts very fun and quality events several times a year. This feels like a real community and I am so glad I'm here! Thank you Tindeco Wharf!

Rocky was an amazing tour guide, she took the time to show us multiple floor plans, was extremely knowledgable on the building and its history, and was genuinely passionate about being an employee there. It was very easy to love the area and the community at Tinder through her lens and lived experience.

I just had a 5 star tour experience at Tindeco Wharf. Rocky was friendly, listened very well and also was prepared (she even had a measuring tape with her so I could make sure my furniture would fit) . I have also met some other staff members and even one of the maintenance people. They all seemed happy to work there which is often a strong indicator of what kind of service one can expect. It seems from other reviews that when the new management company took over a few months ago they had some hick-ups, but based on my communication (email and phone) experience I can only say that Rocky has been a very responsive communicator and she did do everything (with a great attitude) to make my tour experience outstanding... I did apply as the very first apartment Rocky showed me perfectly matched what I want for my new home. It does seem that all staff members are working very hard to provide the future residents with outstanding customer service. I will share an update after moving in.

So can we talk about Raquel . When I came there to tour at Tindeco , she was breath fresh air. She was very polite, informative and her personality is amazing. Go to her when leasing, she made me feel at home before I even applied.

After almost 3 years, I just moved out 14 days ago. My quiet loft was facing the courtyard, very large windows and tons of open space. I loved it. But better than the open space, I felt so safe. There is someone at the front desk, all the time. Going to bed at night, feeling that peace that you are in a very secure building, meant the world to me. The front desk employees are so nice, especially Dean, who went above and beyond to assist in helping the residents, always with a smile on his face. Mike and Woody, terrific maintenance team, always there within hours, I hardly had any issues though. Coffee, hot chocolate, work stations, printer, very nice gym that overlooks courtyard (cleaned all the time and always spotless), pool overlooking the Harbor....you just cannot do better. Great restaurant across from building (Bayside Cantina) walk to Safeway in 5 minutes, walk to Canton Square in 5 minutes, perfect location off 95. I would walk to Harris Teeter, too. There is also a community Whatsapp, it is very active and tons of conversations within the community, perfect for someone moving to Baltimore and not knowing anyone, you will make friends easily here(all ages). Believe me, you will not be disappointed, Matt and Joan (property manager) take beautiful care of the property. I loved it there.

I love this building! The high ceilings, loft style layouts, and location are more than I expected. It's a great find if you have dogs as you can walk them miles around the harbor or take them to the adjacent park. The residents and management are also very welcoming and friendly. The only negatives I can think of are walls can be a bit thin- no surround sound for the sake of your neighbors and because of the big windows it can be hard to regulate the inside temperature a bit if you like a really warm apartment in winter/ really cold apartment in summer.

Just took a tour of the place and the leasing agent and manager Matt and Joan were amazing. They were knowledgeable, patient, and stayed past business hours to show us the place.Update: I have been living here for about a month. Maintenance has been quick. Cathy in the office has been wonderful. The 24 hour concierge are all great and friendly.

Moved out of tindeco about a half year ago, but I wanted to put in a review for these apartments. Joan, Matt, Amber, Daven and the rest of the staff are great! They were always very fair, organized and helpful regarding the lease and day to day living. The apartments are in a great location and come in at a great price point given the location/views/square footage. Appliances are on the older side, but that helps keep the price reasonable compared to luxury apartments in the area. Overall loft style with exposed brick/ductwork and huge windows/ceilings is cool. Would live there again!
