I recently visited this shop to have the tint removed from the two front windows of my crossover to meet Maryland’s mechanical inspection requirements. They did an excellent job removing the film and thoroughly cleaning the windows. The entire job was completed in just one hour for $33 per window. While I was there, I noticed they offer a full range of automotive protection films, coatings, tints, radios, and other equipment, all available for sale and installation. I highly recommend giving them a try if you need any of these services.

Pretty unprofessional overall. I called ahead of time. Spoke to somebody found out that it’s a $50 fee to schedule a drop off time which is fine, but I scheduled a drop off time for a Thursday morning at 8:30. Expecting to drop the car off and have the work done, I got there at 8:25 and there’s not a single person around. Lights are off doors unlocked. I realize their Google profile is not up-to-date and they don’t open until 830. Which is fine so I waited, until 9 and when there are still no lights on, I gave up. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund for this nonrefundable nonsense. Calling the credit card company next.

The team at TW went above and beyond to get my honda accord looking right. From my previous experiences at other shops, I was expecting a few bubbles in the tint once they were done, but I was speechless when TW gave it back to me with not a single bubble in sight! Thank you for the amazing work!

I wanted a quote from Tint World North Point to put some front speakers in my car, so I filled out Tint World’s online quote form and sent it in. Later I received an e-mail from them, but no quote attached. They said I had to call the store or come in in person (then why was there an online form for a quote?) so I called the store. They told me they can’t give a quote over the phone, I’d have to come in in person so they could see if my car needs any special brackets or anything (then why say in your e-mail that I could call?) So I went in person. The guy at the desk took my car info, then gave me a quote for installation of the speakers I wanted without ever looking at my car (then why did I have to come there in person?) Next I asked for another quote for adding an amplifier later if I decided that the speakers alone would not be enough. The speaker manufacturer recommends an amplifier of 15W – 75W. The amplifier they suggested was 100W, and cost $700. I commented that that amplifier would blow out the speakers, but asked to have everything itemized in a quote they could print out for me anyway, so I could see the cost of labor. They said it is their policy not to give out a written quote. So I had to come in in person, and they didn’t even look at my car, they suggested an amplifier that would have blown out my speakers, and they wouldn’t give me a written quote. I will be having the installation done elsewhere.

Got my windows tinted for the first time and definitely wasn’t disappointed!!! The owner was super helpful and fully explained everything, from the process to the cost breakdown. HIGHLY recommend, was such an easy upgrade to my car and will definitely be going back for interior lighting soon:)

I have had multiple vehicles done here me and my son. Recently it seems poorly managed, 2 weeks ago I get there to get tint at 8am when they supposedly open and no one got there until almost 8:30am. Today I call to see if they can get me in for something else and he tells me to come up, so I do and fill out the paperwork to be told 10 mins later we can't do it...so they wasted my time twice! I think it's time to find a new place.

I just left the shop and I can honestly say they are super knowledgeable about the audio stuff. I have a Volvo s60 and needed a professional opinion on an amp purchase. The first day I went in, they were about to close but he still took the time out to assist me, even googling parts that may fit since they can’t replace OEM parts on Volvo amp. He found one that looked good so I purchased the amp a few days later and called back to double check his opinion. He was not there but returned my call.? Love it! Invited me in for a last check of the serial info. It was a go in his professional opinion and I appreciate his time and patience with me. Thank you Sir.
