It can be challenging to find car repair shops that are honest about what your vehicle actually needs. On two occasions, the issue with my truck was not something that they could repair, and they provided recommendations that I used to get my vehicle fixed. They did not charge me. They only charged me for what they could actually do. I like the way they communicate and how pleasantly and relevantly they do so. You’ve been providing trusted care repair/maintenance service to us personally for about 20 years on multiple vehicles. I don’t know where the time goes but it goes. My son was a toddler when we were first referred to your shop and now he’s 21 ?. Time and Time again, you have never let us down. Never. And I don’t say that lightly. At the time, the team was headed by Larry and your Master mechanic Dan (I believe) and they were the epitome of a trusted team who did great work and it looks like they’ve passed the baton exceptionally well!!
We’ve had multiple times of major work done here from (our very first experience there was engine repair) and also regular yearly maintenance/minor repairs(oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and tune ups) etc. and after each time, our cars not only ran like new but the life of the vehicles extended well beyond its time. You guys trustfully and responsibly price compare parts which is greatly appreciated these days when anything is overly expensive. You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service.

Based on some of the Google reviews, we definitely aren’t specially treated. Your team clearly extend that to EVERYONE as any decent and credible business should. But if someone in the comments had a less than 4 star experience, please give them one more chance to right it. Our experience with your team truly set the standard and that’s why I don’t hesitate to name drop your business to ANYONE with the quickness!!

“Holabird Tire and Auto is the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles when it’s not warranty work at the dealership. They’ve done my lift kits, ProCharger install, various repairs, and even replaced the engine on my daily driver to keep it running strong. Ryan, TJ, and the entire crew are top notch — always professional, honest, and skilled at what they do.
It’s been over ten years since my first visit for a lift kit on my Ram, and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Trust is hard to come by in this industry, but I trust these guys completely to do the job right and price it fairly. Highly recommend!”

It's unfortunate that people have to worry about businesses taking advantage of them, but I guarantee that Schultz is not one to worry about. They're good people. If you're looking for a reputable shop, you should give them a chance as well. They've earned my continued business.”
“These guys are great. I had squeaky brakes and another shop quoted me at $1100 because they said I needed new brakes, rotors, calipers, piston press etc… I took my car here and they said the brakes were fine they just needed some lubricant and minor adjustments. Haven’t heard any squeaking since and saved around $1000. This shop’s honesty is refreshing in a world where everyone is just trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you. Highly recommend.”

“I took my old Honda here to do my Maryland State Safety Inspection. It turns out I needed a good amount of work done…at first I was surprised since it seemed to have been running just fine. But they just finished it up today and I drove it home…I cannot believe how much better it is running! So much quieter, smoother, and clearly in much better shape. They also replaced my steering wheel with a leather one, it was nicer than my old one for sure. So, five stars, it was a good experience and my car is running great.”

“Lived in Baltimore for 8 years, and of all tire shops near JHU, I must recommend Angel’s Tires before I leave.
Rain or shine, and under abnormal circumstances, as small as a flat tire and as awful as a major tire problem, this is my to-go place. And for all 5-6 visits, they are efficient, professional, and extremely friendly!
Still remembered, this is the place where still operated on late hours during COVID, and they were lifesavers who also gave me plenty of advice about tire replacements, which is still useful after 4 years.

“I can’t recommend Mora Tires enough. I needed new tires badly and kept putting it off because the process became overwhelming.
I called Mora Tires on a whim and they made everything so easy. From the first call to him going out of his way to wash his hands before handing me my key when they were finished, the customer service was wonderful. I called at 11 a.m. and had new tires on my car by 2:30; zero hassle.
I left thinking about how refreshing it was to have such a great experience getting my car serviced. Also, the price was great (win-win).
The location’s perfect, too. There are so many great food options down Eastern Ave., or you can grab a coffee or post up to work at OvenBird a few blocks away.
