There's a reason why Dan and David are heavily praised throughout all of the reviews here. They are the soul of the place and do a fantastic job communicating and facilitating needs. In my experience Apple Auto's mechanics are fantastic and do not cut corners. Those guys are the backbone of this place. My car is a Toyota SUV that is over 20 years old. I do my best to stay ahead of things and take care of the mechanics of my car. I love my car. Apple Auto does quality work without ever blindly telling me to do something that is unnecessary. They take time to talk to me concerning repairs that are appropriate at that time and how to be patient and save money when something is not necessary. Lastly, great small businesses start at the top, BJ who owns Apple Auto is a pleasure to do business with. He is highly accessible if he's needed and he treats customers with respect. I'm glad he's a member of this community and I can't recommend this place enough.”

“The service was excellent. I needed locksmith services for my old viper alarm key fob to be programmed & I also got a spare key made. The key fob was difficult for me, but they handled the issue with no problem and with flying colors. The pricing was great and much cheaper than the dealership and what other shops/locksmiths were trying to charge me. They are a must to use. I have been recommending him just a few hours after he completed his work. They are amazing, you won’t be disappointed at all. No surprises with the prices or services. He did not try to upsell me or anything.”
“I was in Baltimore for a medical appointment. After my appointment I was headed home to Richmond VA. The water pump in my car overheated and I had to pull over immediately. Thankfully I was near Central Service. Jeff was amazing! He diagnosed the problem and helped me find a hotel to spend the night. He had my car ready before 8:30am the next morning. “I got an alignment I can't speak about anything else but this alignment was no hassle.. I didn't get from them if we can't do it because of any reason you still got to pay forty dollars .. my tires were even worn from the car being off alignment I brought 1 tire with me but another one was kinda bad. He just let me know that it might throw it off a little ... It didn't, my car now drives as it should want a no hassle alignment go to them I waited 2 hr but I walked in at 2:30 on a Friday and they still got me in so... 5 stars”
“My car broke down at a gas station on Northern Parkway. I called Allen’s because it was the closest shop and had good reviews. They told me over the phone what they thought was probably wrong based on my description and someone stayed late at the shop until I was able to get my car there and drop it off. It was fixed and ready to go by noon the next day. Car problems are never cheap but I found the price to be fair. Grateful that such a great place was nearby when I needed it most.”

“Stopped here due to one flat tire and one with a slow leak. One tire needed a new valve stem and the other had a nail. I had planned to leave the car but they were so professional and quick that I waited. They replaced the stem, re-programmed it and also fixed the other tire.All of this was accomplished in u see 30 min and for a very reasonable price, I also left a tip. Great people at this place, recommended!”
