It started out with me having trouble using my phone to complete my reservation but luckily while I'm the parking lot, the desk person showed up and assisted me in the check out procedure. I've had dealings with this guy in the past and to his credit, he's a very good salesperson who goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied ( thank God for him) and treated with respect.

The van reeked of Smoke , liquor and dog hair. The seats were covered in dog hair. The back of the van was covered in dog hair and beer bottle caps . I literally had to clean it myself so I wouldn’t sneeze to death There is no parking there isn’t even ample parking for the vans and trucks that they rent when you call customer service they are amazing people very sweet but the actual people who work at this specific location are disrespectful, rude and Will berate you for not having experience driving these oversized vehicles as if everyone in the world drives oversize vehicles on a daily basis. It’s ridiculous the way he berated me for not being able to park A large van in a small area was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention he told me that the customer service line told me the wrong instructions and I should have parked the van in a lot where there were clear NO PARKING SIGNS AND TOW WARNINGS I never been spoken to like this by a company I was paying for a service from and I will never recommend or, give one red cent of my money again . If this was the last U-Haul on the planet, I would move my things on a bicycle before I gave them another dime of my money. But I expected this from my own people and that’s why we don’t shop with our own people because the service 9outta10 sucks I know it sounds harsh but it’s the truth if I would’ve gotten my rental from other people I would not have had this many issues if you knew the van needed detailing and you call me to cuss me out for not leaving the van {in a tow zone} so you can have it detailed why rent it out to begin with ? Because you don’t care about your customers or if their belongings are damaged by smoke or pet hair all you care about is the money your getting not the quality of your merchandise and that speaks volumes on how little you care for your customers PICK A DIFFERENT U-HAUL COMPANY DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY !

Rented here many times and always excellent service. They are a small location and can be busy, but the customer service is on point.

How can you have that you open at 9am I got there at 10:15 and the places still wasn’t open , had a reservation and all , worst uhaul ever, but the Jamaican restaurant was open

Owner was 40 mins late to my appointment to pick up the rental, had 3 others waiting and was very unorganized.

The service at Pennsylvania store U-Haul sucks I was at the door10 minutes knocking at the door no one answered there was no one at the front I will never go back I will tell all my friends and family this is not the first time this happened

Reservation does not mean reservation. Garbage service. We had no truck for our only day to move even though we booked a week in advance. No notice until we showed up to pick it up. Go to Penske or Budget.

U-Haul will change your reservation the night before. This happened to me twice and each time they moved my reservation 45 minutes away I will never use them again

I'm bumping this up to 2 stars because the employee was very nice and tried his best to explain the ignorant company policy of doing business. Make no mistake, this is a bad review of uhaul.Tried to make reservation using chrome, then bromite, then uhaul app (have up after it wanted me to create an account) then tried Firefox and got as far as confirmation then it said passwords don't match. Then I tried a different device and got answer results. Have up them finally got an email with 3 different confirmations.Got to address and was told a reservation for a 24 rental expires after 2 hours. ?Only came here cause Enterprise was out of vans.Gave me the Chevy even though I asked for the Ford and it was still on the lot.Last time every coming here.

Frank took excellent care and explaining all the details of my rental truck. He was a pleasure to work with and the next time I need a U-Haul or if anyone I know needs one I will recommend this business. People like Frank make the world a better place.

This is the best location... They are a small location so they run out of trucks fast. If you reserve they in advance, they usually try to have trucks available for pick up at this location. I do not remember the address but the location near Poly Tech High School is great as well. Washington Blvd locations are so-so. That is why I use the Pennsylvania ave location for most of my rentals. Thanks Guys. (two thumbs-up for You)

I reserved my uhaul at 915 am. The man got to his own store at 1010 am. My reservation was for 4 hours so 115 pm was my end time. Because he got there late the end time should bave been 215 pm but he instead harassed me to get back at 115 because he had another reservation. None of that was my problem and I'm very dissatisfied with that customer service.
