Don't rent here. They won't give you the dollies you reserved and your entire move will be ruined. Plus it is extremely unsafe to return the truck here at night. You have to stand in a dark alley alone taking pictures of every single part of the truck with a flash. Not fun. If you're a woman, you will be risking your life returning a truck here at night.

They claim to offer propane, but I come by every 3-4 months and the “machine is broken” every time for the last three years. Clearly the franchise owner does not care.

The day I went everyone at the facility was in a great mood. Staff were decked out in their U-Haul uniforms with very cool wood looking like U-Haul sunglasses. The vehicles were equally impressive I happened to rent a Chevy Silverado that must have been brand new it had 674 miles. Don't expect every vehicle to be this new and actually it intimidated me I was worried I would leave mud or a ding or neck on this amazing new pickup truck.Check out and check in with seamless but then again I am a person who uses a blower to blow out all the dirt and wash down the vehicle before I returned it.The U-Haul app is slow to register new users so be aware that txt verification took me 30+ mins and yet email one time verification was quick at 5 mins. Corporate needs to stay on top of the app and test and fix.

Why is the propane pump always inoperable at this location? This is the only U-Haul in our area that services propane, but I'm forced to go to a local EXXON station to obtain refills. This seems to me to be a loss in revenue.

I purchased two wardrobe boxes, the prices were clear and labeled. I paid for my purchases as I was walking out the door I checked my receipt and realized the price was incorrect, so I went back to the cashier, she checked her phone and told me that corporate increased the price and didn't tell the so there's nothing she can do and just ignored me, so I asked her for the phone number for the corporate office , she said to call 1-800 U-haul which I did, now I'm waiting for a call back. They were supposed to call back over an hour ago. Horrible customer service. Last time.
