Rob was simply amazing! Such a genuinely nice, caring person and excellent representative of U-Haul. In a time when it far too often feels like customer service is dead, Rob is the epitome of customer service. It's apparent that that's who he is and not just how he performs his job. I would use this location again without hesitation!

Well my trailer was not there. Then the representative had trouble entering a tiny trailer which forced me to make 3 trips. When she called the manager at home he agreed to give me the correct price since the machine asked for 4xs more than the rental price. When i returned the trailer the manager was there. I gave him the paperwork for the correction. He had his kid on the line while reviewing the paperwork and tells him in a stern way "I have a customer in front of me, are you going to force me to tell you off? " then he proceeded to scold the employee stating she didnt read the computer that it wasnt over charging me. He continued to review the paperwork then he scolded me for not reading that the smaller trailer was priced at $15 not $60 after the credit card machine said $60 on the screen. The situation further escalated as he continued to scold me and insist that i was not reading the screen properly telling me that I should have read the contract which doesnt print until after i agree on the machine. So he made a bad situation much worse. He does not know how to retain his employees or customers and cannot even get his rental equipment right. Also I was not offered any constellation for the three days of not having the trailer i reserved. Instead i had to return the 4X7 that night and find on my own a 6x12 for the other 2 days. This was the poorest customer service i have experienced ever. Further more i also had to connect and disconnect the trailer myself because the employees didnt know how to connect them. This was ok but had the large one been there i would not have been able to connect it because of health issues.

I went to the U-Hual spot at 4111 Northern Parkway and Reisterstown that location were a young professional respectful patient employee name Robert helped me with everything on how to get their to where they was located when I was coming from North East Baltimore he was a blessing when I was overwhelmed having a stressful morning he helped put me/ family at ease while smiling the whole time the store was very packed when I arrived and when I left he kept apologizing to everybody in line ant thanking us for our patience I was shocked because most people don’t speak or acknowledge their customers now days NO NOT ROBERT I DON’T CARE WHAT SIDE IF TOWN I’M ON WHEN EVER ME FAMILY OR FRIENDS NEED A U-HUAL ROBERT IS OUT GUY ANY & EVERY TIME I WILL FOLLOW HIM TO ANY LOCATION Robert leaves that impression that makes you come back and want to spend your money with them THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ROBERT STAY BLESSED t?

Truck smelled like cigarettes pretty bad. Besides that everything was excellent!!Robert, eighth and Tionne gave me excellent customer service and was very helpful in completing my rental. Thanks again guys! See you next time.

Terrible service, overcharged, paid for a dolly and it was not provided. I was not informed of anything pertaining to the vehicle or all the charges I'd later received. Terrible experience, no one answers the phone. When they do answer they rush you off. I was also forced to sit and take a picture after providing my driver's license. They used someone's phone and said it's because the picture they took of my driver's license was blurry. My name was misspelled on all documents, he repeatedly typed it wrong while having my driver's license.

0 STARS. I was told one thing only for it to be ignored, told me that they are ignoring the instructions and agreement told to me and the GM’s refusal to even think of refunding me. Do NOT believe anyone them in the event you need to make a change to a reservation because they will respect it. Oh and they do not answer the phone for even their own CORPORATE office.

This site deserves less than a star because of the staff that was there Sat 7/15/23 about 10am. VERY disrespectful car and manager. Loud profane music coming from storage area. Employees had personal phones on speaker talking while dealing with customers. Lack professionalism, tact, respect. Training needed and better supervision

I want to rate it higher but I can’t because they are under staffed. Robert Flowers did an amazing job working by himself with a long line of customers. He deserves a raise but most importantly at least two more employees because the weekends are busy. The line was out the door and for that I can’t recommend a friend.
