Store is not open during their posted hours and security was rude to me when I questions why they were closing an hour before their posted hours.

No help around.

Kyleigh really helped me out today! She was amazing and knowledgeable about products she herself uses. For example, she paired me with my concealer for tir tir, talked about ways I could heighten or lessen my glam depending on the type of event.

After visiting 3 Ulta stores, beginning with Canton, I was disappointed in no assistance. In early July I returned to the Canton store. To my great pleasure I met Naija(may not have spelled correctly). This young woman is not only gracious, but knows her products! And, on her own researched to be sure there were no ingredients to compromise my skin. Naija should be the associate training others how to properly assist customers! She deserves recognition!! I was greeted nicely when I came in but a little bit into my time shopping and testing products I noticed the staff lingering around me and “coincidentally” going down the same aisles as I was in. As a black women I know when the staff suspects me of shoplifting. It was just disheartening because I was genuinely just testing the products. I ended up making a purchase despite that and the lady who rung me up was nice.

No price tags, slow lines, and unclear product placement. This is why retail stores are dying.

Made the mistake of asking Katie if a bar-coded free sample needed to be scanned. She insisted yes then happened to be the incompetent associate who wasted about 3 of my minutes looking for a way to ring it up before she FINALLY asked another associate who told her it didn't have to be...
Pretty nice location. Most fragrance samples were locked up

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Grace at Ulta, and I can't say enough good things about her! She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products for my skin type and style. Grace took her time explaining the differences between brands and even gave me tips on how to apply certain products more effectively. She made the whole experience fun, not overwhelming which is rare when you’re staring at shelves of makeup and skincare! Her customer service was top-notch, and it’s clear she really cares about what she does. If you ever find yourself at Ulta, ask for Grace you won’t be disappointed!

Terrible experience. There were at least 5 girls on the floor and not ONE addressed me or asked if I needed help. Not even the security guard by the door spoke. The cashier, Katie, was also rude and didn’t speak and when I walked up to the counter only said “You can put your number in the keypad.” As a former Ulta employee, this would never have flown at my store. I will NEVER return to this location.

Locking up all the fragrances was so disappointing to see. Even the testers were locked up. I’m sure it was a better way to handle this like moving the fragrances from right next to the front door or at least having descriptions cards for the fragrances so you know what the notes are. It wasn’t a second thought put in to this besides “lock it up.” And yes, I will just go somewhere else as I refuse to believe theft is that bad to the point you have an individual lock for almost each bottle but no dedicated employee to help customers. Not to mention the store already has multiple security guards! I’m sure there “target audience” wouldn’t have an issue making a employee open each lock and stay with them while they browse but for someone who is indecisive, cares about how others, or even has a little anxiety wouldn’t want to be put in that situation so I’m warning others and reminding myself as well.
