Pretty awful customer service. Latria & whatever other employee that is working at 5:50pm on 01/17. They did not greet when I came in, and shot some pretty dirty looks upon walking in. The store is not busy so the lack of customer service or friendliness doesn’t really make sense. Why hire people here if they act like they hate their job?

Joshua in the Salon is amazing at updos and formal hairstyles. Highly reccomend him for anyone needing hair done for a formal event.

I've been patronizing Ulta Beauty store on Boston Street for approx 3 years. Each and every time my shopping experience has in general exceeded my expectations.The store is very well stocked and clean. The staff is super friendly and knowledge about the products in their store.When I shopped there recently, I brought a small bag of beauty products from my home which I wanted to replace. Because of my mobility conditions, I immediately asked the associates for assistance locating the items upon entering the store. The young lady who helped me was quick as a lightning bolt and rapidly returned to checkout area with the items I had brought along with me, I was beyond amazed!! The associate made my time shopping at Ulta extremely convenient, accessible and stress free.I will continue to shop at this store and recommend it for others seeking the perfect beauty product shopping experience.

This location sells products with broken seal protection. Beware of product tampering at this location and returned products that were used being put back on store shelves, especially as there is poor management and preventative action being taken to avoid customers having this issue.Also, beware of the lack of resolution offered for the missteps of the company / store team to take accountability for the inconvenience on the customer.

I went to Ulta Beaulty in Canton because I heard from people from other cities that they usually have a decent perfume section. I wanted to try some new fragances and choose two to buy, so I went to this place to check. Upon entering the store, no employee meets you (I don´t care at all about this). But then, at the fragance section, everything was pure chaos. Masculine fragances mixed with feminine. No paper to test perfumes. Almost no perfume out there to be tested, and the ones that were there, had no label so you cound't know the name of that bottle. That was the worst experience trying to buy a fragance I've ever had in my life. I will probably never go back to this store.

I guess as a collective all the employees of ulta decided that any black shoppers are thief’s and should get treated less than please beware of this place there’s no reason why you’re mannerism while I’m being an consumer should be any different than an Caucasian consumer who I witnesses several accusations be treated like superstars I decided to take my purchase back they will not get any of my money here at all I’m pretty sure they would be happy anyway but fyi black people are people we have feelings money and all other things just like you

This ulta is running a scam on returns, falsely claiming items can only be returned to store credit in contradiction with store policy when receipt shows credit card payment and is within time. Manager threatened that I would be asked to leave for contesting this in a normal tone. Manager did not care when I informed her that stores must honor their own return policies under Maryland law.

AWFUL Ulta - Absolute WORST customer service. Their GHETTO staff hardly looks done up and is no help with cosmetics, and even worse has poor attitudes. Very rude and seems more obsessed with trying to catch people stealing than actually serving customers.I pretty much avoid Ulta at this point, but wanted to grab a few things I need urgently that aren't on Amazon prime (lashes, etc.). Looks like I'll have to just plan ahead more, because this is truly the last day I spend A DIME with Ulta.

Ulta Beauty staff (Elisse)I give this place a five star review because it is truly great. I went in there and it was super busy, but I was still greeted at the door and throughout my time shopping. I was asked multiple times by different associates if I needed any help and when I responded with no I was told “if you do we’d be happy to help” that truly made me feel acknowledged. After some time of me shopping, I was a little confused because I’m not really good with skin care. One staff member walked beside me, and I guess she could feel my confusion because she instantly stopped and turned around to ask me How could she help? I begin telling her what I needed help with, and she immediately jumped to problem solving. She explained to me all the pros and cons of the item I was looking for. She explained everything I needed to know. She was super helpful and nice. I didn’t catch her name until she went to the register to help ring up customers. I placed a pickup order @ this location, I received an email saying they only had 1 of 2 fragrances. Okay cool. So I go to the location to pick up the “partial order”, After I got my order I walked over to the fragrance part just to double check because I had a gut feeling they had this fragrance. I see a lady sitting on the floor putting new labels on the shelf for the fragrance I needed. I asked her about the fragrance explaining my situation and she’s confused because then she says “We have a lot of that, so person the person who picked the order must’ve wasn’t really looking” she tells the girl through the mic to retrieve the fragrance (which takes her a really long time to find)and at this point in really happy because this is my mom’s birthday gifts and happy to be able to get both or so I thought because then she told me I would have to pay for it again since whoever picked the order marked one as out of stock, only I didn’t have the funds to pay again. I just found this whole ordeal heartbreaking because this all really could’ve been avoided. I couldn’t get the fragrance due to the careless mistake of the person who picked my order.

Walked in and not one staff member greeted or acknowledged me. While looking for a product I could hear the employees all at the register laughing and engaging in personal conversation. I then heard the manager on duty yell from the brow station asking if all end of the night work had been completed. Not one beauty advisor offered to help me. I would highly suggest a training in customer service. Every customer should be greeted when they walk through the door and asked if he/she needs help or even suggest a product. No sense of leadership at all, product knowledge or customer service.
