I go for yoga on Sundays with The Diva Yogi. This is a great community center for all ages. There is tutoring, food giveaways, boxing matches, boxing training and yoga.

My son started boxing there. Even though he goes to another gym now, people always asks where he started because of his determination, skill and work ethic. I always tell them UMAR Boxing. No Hooks Before Books Program is and excellent program to help the kids with homework before boxing.

Visited this amazing boxing program in Baltimore. The Umar organization is doing some great community outreach for youth via a boxing program.

That place is horrible they talk more than they train you and some days they don't even train you even if your there.

This place is absolutely incredible. Coaches that really work with you. That they stress boxing is secondary to education is amazing as well.
