I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. That was until I realized I had lost my grandmother’s earring in the changing room. I called and spoke with Jessica. She moved everything around and found it. The earring is not worth a lot, but it was a gift from my grandmother before she died. The customer service I got from Jessica was unbelievable. She went above and beyond for this which has such a big sentimental value . This store is lucky to have her. Thank you, Jessie!

terrible customer service. if you leave your items at the front until your done shopping they will ask every 5 seconds if your ready to check out. glad i returned most of my $700+ order

No exaggeration, I spent over an hour inside the Under Armour Flagship Brand House and was given the best retail customer service I've ever experienced!! The sales associates were attentive to every need. Helpful with every question. If they didn't have something in my size, they double-checked the mannequins and luckily found a couple of the sizes I requested. Everyone was extremely friendly. While in the fitting room, they showed me how to use the little monitor in order to request different sizes, if necessary. When requested, they brought me the items as quickly as possible. The check-out process was smooth even with a trainee at the register. It felt as if each worker was determined to give me the best experience, and they did exactly that! I will definitely be back and recommend the store to others!
