3 weeks in trying to get my information scrub. Yes scrub. I didn't even know that was a thing till the RIGHT person answer the phone after 6 calls to the same number, having someone else pick up the phone and keep asking me for social, address, email etc. Finally someone ask me did I ever file for COVID benefits that someone tried and submitted from another state, FRAUD. HAVING IDENTITY THEFT I never knew about it. 3 weeks later I'm still trying to fix my identity situation with no one to physically in person to talk to. 3 weeks later I'm still need this cleared before I can even applied for unemployment. I better off selling drugs to make my car note, rent and take care of my children. Because my emergency fund like most does not cover 6 months. It covers 2. And now I'm basically done with half of my savings and looking at how much I will be penalize if I touch my retirement money just to wait on unemployment. Better off making money under the table

Absolutely sucks they literally do no work And they tell you thereâs no one over top of them. They have you waiting over half a year for a claim And they be in the wrong the whole time, and be not willing to listen. This is a very bad resource.

Completely useless in every way it doesnât matter how you lost your job. It doesnât matter what you do you will never receive any unemployment whatsoever. You will spend so much time with the questionnaire and identifying yourself. Overall, you will NEVER get an actual help from anybody. What a waste of tax money and they will be like oh reply to this email to send your concerns as if they care about your concerns they donât care about you or your concerns.They donât care if you have a family to feed if you have your bills to pay whether to keep a roof over your head or cancer treatments they donât care.Theyâre just a bunch of mindless robots who is the script and tell you that they are sorry, but they canât actually help you with your issue. Your issue is youâre not getting paid and youâre not able to feed your family. I am so frustrated and physically and mentally tired.

This is the worst system ever, I have been trying to get my unemployment since July. They dont tell you how to work the beacon, then they add different things. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor. Everyone call your local congressman, and write to the Governor. We have earned this money. I have worked the same job for over 12 yeaes, then 16 years. They have not sent me one check yet. I believe its a system so they dont have to pay out. We all need to fight back for our rights.

Horrible.. I was told that there was a fraud on my account. It would take up to six months to fix. I contacted my congressman and the governors office. Finally I guess unemployment office heard from them, and finally scrubbed my account. The reps of the unemployment office that answer the phones they do not have a clue on how to do their job. Every time I call they cannot tell me the answer. That call center for unemployment is a joke. The system needs to be fixed by the governors office. Or whoever to it takes to fix, I have talked to many people and read many reviews they were all stating the same thing. The system needs to be fixed.

No recourse other than call back later to check again? I did not ask to be laid, was told that there would be no issues because we closed for renovations and would be called back. It has been nothing but problems and going on 8 weeks with no pay. I ad to prove my identity three times with promises of this fixing the issues. Pft
