They took 8 hours total turnaround time for removal of a tooth and a cyst underneath the tooth. It is a teaching hospital but if you are looking for professionalism and efficiency , it is not here. It’s about waiting and waiting while they bill your insurance company for the hours they rack up.

First I thank God and then the University of Maryland to all its staff, doctors, nurses, wow, more than surprised by their attention, I even feel like crying when I remember it, they were so wonderful in my life, they had treated me like a Queen in a birth
