Customer service said that this particular location provides dry ice. Drove out of my way to get there and front desk lady tells me they do not. To put the icing on the cake, they also did not provide packaging! And or no boxes available there for me to buy and package it myself. Make it make sense?! What’s the point of the store then. A whole waste of my time. And customer service should have the correct information. That’s the whole point of your job.

Iphone pro max 15 was scheduled to be delivered Friday evening. got an alert saying that it was loaded on the truck and would be arriving on time. Friday evening I have the UPS stopped in front of my house recorded on my ring camera but he never got out of the truck and just drove off. Shortly after I have a new alert stating that their was a problem delivering my package. 2 days later now it is showing up as package was lost....after seeing reviews of other people saying they had phones stolen from drivers I can completely believe them now.

Better than USPS, UPS weighs,wraps, scans your packages and then your out the door . 3 packages processed in less than 5 minutes.Awesome customer service. Thank you UPS for a great experience.

These thieves stole my IPhone 14 pro max, but kept my apple watch.. this is freaking ridiculous, if you want an Iphone go buy one yourself.. I'm so disgusted

So I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max from Verizon. (2 day shipping) by Friday when it was supposed to be delivered, they updated the delivery time twice. The first being between 12pm -3pm.. by 2 pm it was updated again saying it will be delivered by 7pm.. around 6pm I get an email saying an attempt was made.. I was off work that day so I know no one tried to deliver. I gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to pay the $5.99 fee to hold it at the facility on 6505 quad Ave, 21205. So I waited until Munday to pick it up. Got to the facility around 10am. Picked my box up, and thought (this feels light) as I'm going out the door I was so excited I started to open the box before getting to my car. I looked at the box and it looked like someone untapped the box and rolled the same tape back on, opened the box and it's only my apple watch which I ordered as well. Took the box back and spoke with the same clerk who told me the manager that deals with theft isn't in and he can only mark the package damaged. And then says "it's crazy that they took the phone and left the watch" and says they have an issue there with employees stealing. In a business to insure that you are not liable for things like theft why wouldn't you take precautions to stop it. There are too many bad reviews saying the same thing, it's bad for business, and frustrating to customers. And don't tell me it's nothing ups can do about it. Because there's a lot you can do.. it's called laziness and Unempathetic to the people you serve. If I didn't have to I would never use UPS. But I can't control where I buy things and who they ship with but I do know myself, I will never use UPS as a shipper. Terrible customer service, terrible driver service. The same Thing happened when I ordered my Samsung Z fold 3.. so disgusted!!!

I need to return a PKG. to Amazon & this was quick & easy. I received an email from Amazon the next day that they had the return pkg. Now! That's what I call fast service.
