I have had great experiences for years at this location. The staff have always been great, kind and helpful. However, my last visit on 5/3/25 was really bad. I arrived at 3:50pm (store closes supposedly at 4 per the sign). Everything I needed was simple (one item scanned, the rest already labeled) since I know it’s annoying to show up near closing time. The staff had already locked the door for the day 10 minutes early and 3-4 were all standing at the counter with only one person being helped. I went back to my car to check the time but when I saw it was still before 4pm I went back to the store. One of the gentleman who has always been very helpful unlocked the door and offered to help. However, the one young female store employee there started yelling at me about how I better have everything ready for her to scan before I got to the counter and that I only had four minutes left. My five year old son was with so I told her there was no need to be rude. She yelled at me again that I had three minutes and I better hurry up. She gave me a box back and accused me of snatching it from her and yelled at us again. For the past year or two, I’ve overlooked the persistent smell of weed and expletive filled music playing on the employees cellphone speaker in front of my young kids because the employees have always been so helpful but the yelling, rudeness and locked door during open hours makes it difficult to keep going to this location.

This is a well run ups store. The young staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been here 100x and never had any issues. Im Impressed.

Went to pick up a package. Presented my ID but because there was a lot of commotion in the store I couldn’t hear what the employee asked me in a low voice. I leaned in and asked to repeat, she rolled her eyes, and repeated with a testy tone. I paid my package fee and she printed the receipt and tossed it at me while I was reaching and simultaneously saying there is no need to snatch it. This left me confused as she tossed it at me. Very rude. We all have bad days, and I understand that most of the staff are young and learning the working world, but if you can’t regular a bad attitude don’t be in customer service. Truly left the store mad enough to bother leaving this review.

This staff is fantastic. I’m in almost every week and it takes a special person to deal with consumers returning things who haven’t even taken a second to understand the process. These folks are great, very patient and very thorough. Consumers today are demanding, often unjust, and the staff is a beacon of hope in customer service! Thank you

I went there to obtain fingerprints for a background check. Very poor service. The employees did not know how to work the fingerprint machine nor were they interested in learning/helping. I continuously requested help with the process, and was dismissed and told to call the machine service line myself. Dont know if this is the best service for them to continue to offer given the limited knowledge.

This UPS needs better management. It has a whole bunch of kids working their whole are literally playing around the entire day. They give attitude for shipments/returns and don't seem to even manage pick-up packages well either. Packages and just thrown around everywhere!
