Came in a week ago to send a pkg to Amazon....was told I couldnot send it without a code.I am elderly a senior...the young man that waited on me seemed to be impatient as if I knew the process.I had to get out of one line in another..the young lady said she didnot have any Amazon addresses,I would have to get out of line to get an address.I called and was told to send it to it to an Amazon pick up place.I got back in line with the young man...I believe it was Trey was very impatient and was talking back and forth with the young lady about an apt that he had looked at while attempting to wait on me...I paid for the paxkage and I asked him for a tracking number..he said its on the paper...I asked him to circle it it was very small.He acted like it was sooo difficult and shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes.The customer service was very poor.I should not have been made to feel inferior or unintelligent.I came into the store for a service.I will not return to your store again.

Great service, they have very efficient staff and it’s definitely the best UPS store in the city. Plenty of parking and they are open until 7 PM on weekdays.

Poor managers and attitude. Female manager does not help associates or customers and gives out disconnected phone numbers when you ask for the customer service number. Manager refused to return or refund items marked returnable on receipt.

I've been to a lot of UPS stores and post offices to ship out products for my business. I have gotten the best service here. One day, one of the packages I sent out was delayed. I asked the staff here if they could help, or had any thoughts on if it got lost. They went above and beyond, examined the camera footage to make sure it didn't end up in the wrong bin and etc. The package arrived just fine, and it turned out that wasn't needed, but the gesture really showed my the professionalism of the staff. They were also very friendly and helpful, even though they were extremely busy given the season. I use this place exclusively now.

This is my home mailbox/shipping location, and I just wanted to thank the staff and Egypt for the effort and service I've received from them so far. I have a virtual UPS mailbox here (not a physical one, so I have to ask them at the counter for my packages) and have shipped several things from this location without any issues. Sometimes waits are a bit long, but please remember:1) They have a small number of staff on-shift.2) This location services all of the neighborhoods on the peninsula (and possibly more)...that's thousands of households for one UPS store location.3) Waiting 15 minutes to get my mail is a lot better than dealing with my package getting snatched off of my front porch.All of the US Postal Service stations I have used mailbox/shipping services with (either here in Baltimore or across the country) have been dumpster fires, but this UPS store gets it right. They are no-nonsense and get it done. Keep up the good work! We appreciate you :)

This UPS location on FORT AVENUE is a clear example of why Baltimore is the way it is. It makes one wonder how Baltimore got its moniker "CHARM CITY". Treat yourself...For a good laugh this location is an SNL skit at best...only it's not funny it is reality all day long MONDAY thru SATURDAY. Pick a day.. any day and anytime and you will always be guaranteed a show. Imagine Keystone Cops or Abbott and Costello running a UPS store. The famous "who's on first" routine...Get the picture...Customer service and Customer care are none existent.It is impossible to provide something that you yourself have never experienced 1st hand nor have an intimate knowledge. The employees and the manager are not empowered or equipped to provide customer service but customer dis-service. However it is not their fault. They were born and raised in Baltimore with attitude and chips on their shoulders the size of Mt. Everest. They can not be asked to take on ownership for their lack of understanding what customer service is. They can't be something that they are not... Fair warning: Once you have crossed their threshold you must be well versed in their "street" approach to customer service.Witnessing their approach to customer service in person will leave you astonished that this location is able to stay in business. Lucky for them this UPS STORE is located between FEDERAL HILL and LOCUST POINT. Unfortunately for the customers who patronize this UPS STORE they are a captive audience made up of middle, upper and wealthy inhabitants of BALTIMORE. This UPS STORE, management and employees have actually created a hostile retail environment for the customers, where the employees abuse and take out their passive aggressions on the customers. Solutions, options or resolutions to their self-created inefficient and chaotic business model are never provided to the customer. (Why would they? That would be called customer service). Remember their business model is :In the end it is always the customer who is at fault!When you have the necessity to utilize the services of UPS, do yourself, your self-respect and most paramount to ensure maintaining your peace of mind is intact ...keep driving past the UPS STORE on FORT AVENUE to a location where they understand what true customer service is, minus the chips on the shoulders and the extra helping of attitude. Yes, this UPS STORE typifies Baltimore City. Charm City all the way! May the force be with you...BTW the one star is for effort =)

Cori and trell were amazing today. Friday 8-18-23. They provided quick efficient and friendly service. Something I haven’t gotten from this store since 2012!!!
