Called about a price for a box to ship a laptop. Gave the dimensions and asked for price of bubble wrap too. Said $10 over the phone. When I got there the price doubled to $20. Educate your employees.

So I've used this UPS store in the past and this time I needed a notary. I had been calling this store for 2 days to see if I could just walk in or I needed to make an appointment. Every time I called the phone would ring until someone would pick it up and then hang up. I decided to go into the store today to get the information I needed and was met by a young lady who basically didn't give a damn. Her answer was the notary leaves at 3. No apology for the last 2 days of hang ups. Had someone answered the phone and answered my inquiries I would have found another solution for the simple fact I have a job and don't get off until 4:30. Owner/management you need to have a conversation with your employees and explain that they need to answer your phone even if they have to put the customer on hold to finish helping someone in your store. The worse.

Consistently great service! i'm sorry I cannot remember the names of the two women and gentleman who have helped me on my recent visits, but all three were notably accommodating and kind. I want to say one was Amanda... woman working the register on the evening of July 18 if that helps for management. They're all doing an awesome job!I have come to this store for years and have no complaints.

I returned a very expensive item to amazon using UPS prepaid label at this location, the item's tracking status said the package arrived to amazon damaged and missing the returned item from the shipping box, the tracking status then said Amazon would be returning the shipping box to me and it was refused delivery..of course the packaging never was returned to me and I wasn't able to get a refund from Amazon and it was out of the window to start a claim with UPS...lost nearly $500 due to their mistakes and what seems like one of the USP workers stole the item I wouldn't recommend this location as I've never in 10+ years had a problem this simple happen from any other UPS location
