This is my go-to UPS Store in Baltimore. It’s located in the Rotunda, where I go for physical therapy, do banking, buy groceries and pick up desserts. On top of location, however, the associates at the store are always helpful and informative. The wait times are usually very short.

Two weeks ago, I stopped in with two large posters in custom frames (with glass) that I needed packaged for international shipping. The team here accepted the challenge.
The package just arrived at the other end of their trip, and after 15 minutes of cutting through 5 layers of bubble wrap and tape, I was relieved to discover everything arrived completely intact. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I love this store. The staff are always calm cool and collected. They work quickly and efficiently. And I have always have my packages reach their destination!

Marquis customer service was great. Marquis was able to help me out with finding address information. There was no wait time. I will return to this location in the future for my small business.

Great UPS store. Special parking for 10 minutes was just usually enough always too employees very friendly very helpful and very fast.

Incredible service. I LOVE the people who work here, and I always come back to print my flyers! Dee is a great manager. Matt takes extra care. Antoinette has great customer service. They have stickers for customers! They take good care of their orders, even the ones that take a long time, like hand making hundreds of wire bound workbooks! They all deserve raises well above minimum wage!

The staff are very unprofessional. They charge $5.24 for 1 page of paper to be printed which is wild. One day I can use the tape for free. The next day it’s a $2 charge. Like be consistent.
