Late and rude. This location open at 9:05 am . I understand that you are under staff. What don't understand why you are so rude. Not even an apology for being late. 07/16/2025 rude, lazy, worthless...ask to get a package for me that Amazon reported arrives there... he/she I don't know what it was, didn't want to get it after I practically beg .. there was no one in line I was the only one there. And by looking at the reviews, makes me wonder why this post office still open? I'm closing my PO box. If I could give a minor stars I would.

How is it that this location provides passport services but doesn’t have the paper form? I was told they no longer give them out, yet I got there earlier and was told to go to a different location to get one or to print it out myself. I got back 15 mins late and was told to reschedule…. I asked about the walk in spots and was told they don’t do them anymore…. If so the online information needs to be updated! I was going to wait for the people that were ahead of me because of the 15mins but was told there was already booked all day, yet there wasn’t anyone but that one family.

Never in my life have I gone to a post office to purchase stamps only to be rudely told they do not have any! What post office does not have stamps!? I have been living in this area for 8 years now and have never had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and more concerned with you going away so they continue their personal conversations. Furthermore, this location is always dirty! It is infuriating, but I will just have to drive out of my way to avoid this location!

Terrible customer service.. applied for a PO Box couldn't access it. They didn't change locks. Lady at front need to be on maternity leave

There should really be an option for zero stars because one is far too many. I visited the Highland Branch USPS location at 6221 Eastern Ave at approximately 12:30 PM, seeking walk-in passport services that are clearly advertised on the USPS website. Despite the office being completely empty, the staff refused to accommodate me as a walk-in.
Even more troubling was the behavior of the employees — the mail clerk, manager, and branch manager were all extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. When I asked the branch manager for their name and the store number to file a complaint, they refused to provide either, which only added to the frustration.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a government service provider. USPS should seriously address the conduct and customer service standards at this location.

I was trying to help 2 family members since they don’t know English but they were extremely rude about it. Absolutely no patience whatsoever the tone they had was absolutely awful. Some white employees came and the change of attitude was crazy. Some people aren’t able to speak English and that’s ok please be nice to people who have a hard time speaking English. It seemed they were angry because they were about to close but that’s no reason to be rude. I’m way younger and have qualities which people don’t have and it shows for example EMPATHY. If a teenager beats you in professionalism that’s absolutely absurd. If one is gonna hire employees make sure they are professional and not discourteous. It not only ruins the image of the office but the first impression of the employees is horrible it seems they weren’t shown how to be kind in their younger years.

NO,NO,NO Do not enter this place if you are going to process a passport or collect/send mail run from this place go to another PLEASE these employees definitely cannot work there
9/7/24 I had two appointments to process my children's passport, I arrived with the applications and all the necessary documents. In those days we had the effects of a hurricane, lots of rain and wind, we arrived at the show wet while the lady laughed at us for running In order not to get wet in a bad way, she asked for the appointment time, they opened after 4 or 5 minutes and she said you have to make another appointment, the place was empty, I asked to speak to the manager and a lady came out with a mouth full of food, licking her fingers and He vulgarly softened that if I didn't understand that 5 minutes had passed since the appointment time, we should leave or make another appointment. I left the place furious because these employees didn't want to work, they were sitting there eating and laughing at us. I hope someone does something with these employees. unprofessional

They called and cancelled my passport appointment even though it was previously scheduled. Incredibly unprofessional and rude on the phone when trying to seek further information. Clearly do not care about their customers. I will NEVER return to this post office site. Just awful on every level.

UPDATE: they’re now leaving mail on my stairs/in the grass IN THE RAIN because thru don’t wanna walk around the dog bed on my porch. A package with books is ruined because they didn’t want to do their jobs.
No one picks up the phone and then they’re rude in person. I didn’t even speak 3 works before the lady at the desk cut me off to command me to present my ID. Barked at me about needing physical mail (not said on the phone when you call and I’ve NEVER had to present proof of residence before even inquiring about my issue). This is AFTER they failed to deliver a package because my address fell off my box. Because apparently we don’t teach drivers to count houses and make educated observations.
Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.
Have the day yall deserve.

The worse customer service the front desk lady has the worse attitude
