This post office gets the job done, but service can be hit or miss. Some employees are friendly and helpful, while others seem rushed or not very approachable. Wait times vary depending on the day and time, but overall it’s a functional location for basic postal needs. Not the best, not the worst—just okay.

I recently visited the USPS Highlandtown location for the first time, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient and close to my house. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and despite the time, the staff was incredibly helpful.
Dominic, the lady who assisted me, was very friendly and patient. I had a few questions about mailing, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and even educated me on the proper way to handle my mail. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out.
Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Dominic, for your excellent service!

Leaving this as I hear the lady in the back talking on the phone to what sounds like her friend while 4 people wait in the lobby….for almost 20 min. now.

Not everyone is as courteous as you think they should be; however, Monique was BEYOND EXCELLENT! I was late arriving due to their time change. She saw me while cleaning, and asked if I needed something. She took care of my original needs, plus more. She's respectful, assertive, (which you need in this city) , and knowledgeable. Although it's a smaller location, she deserves BIG-BIG RECOGNITION!! Keep up the great work Monique (spelled wrong I apologize), and I enjoy seeing & chatting with you each time I come in for all my packages (LoL)

Monique was extremely rude! This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life she had a rude and nasty demeanor from the time I walked in. I just finished reading the reviews and most of them are about Monique! Replace her with a better employee who cares about customer’s this is disgusting!

Only one woman who work there, she is extremely rude and had very sassy attitude. Last time, I saw her, she yelled at a young lady and the young lady cried walking out. Very unprofessional. It better just to close the place down than to have a rude and unprofessional worker who work here.

Legitimately the least friendly and least helpful place. I will say I have only negative interactions I have had are with Monique who took personal calls, reluctant to help me fill out forms, just plain rude and annoyed, etc. Sharde is very nice.
