This is not a reflection of the people who work at this location. They are always friendly and move quickly.
I have given this 1 star review because this location is often closed because their system is down. They are also always out of stamps. I have gone in 6x needing to purchase stamps and they had no clue when they would receive more.

Ok got to rant! Always Short Staffed, many times closed during stated hours. And NOW needed Stamps and was told they didn’t have any for sale. What????

It’s always a hit or miss if this office is open when the hours say. If it’s open the service is okay, people rude but at least my packages get shipped. But very frequently they’re still closed way past opening (10 am) and close during the day way past the 2-3 pm closing that’s posted. At the time of this posting it is 3:21 pm and there are 7 people outside the store waiting.

2nd time coming here for 1. my package isnt here yet marked in system it is being held here. 2. i caught a lyft here wasting money for them to say open online but entire place is dead Management is poor Never here only when they want to .Alot of people coming to whatever it is they need to do yet this place acting lazy and unprofessional

Posted hours on the door, Google, USPS website do not reflect real hours. This store opens/closes whenever it wants. The service is fine and they get you out quickly, but hard to plan your visit when you don’t know when they will actually be in store.

This is the most inconvenient post office in America.
The hours are complete trash and they don't even come out unless they feel like it.
Some days, the computer is broken and suddenly they're helpless because everybody knows you have to have a computer to be able to accept a freaking package.

Went by at 3:38p yesterday, still not reopened with a crowd forming outside; supposed to be re-opened as of 3pm. If most people pulled this at their job they would be fired, however seems to be a regular occurrence here.

Always shocked at how poorly run this branch of the post office is. It’s quite dystopian. Never come here. Even the highland town branch that is frequently closed without explanation is better than this place.

Ladies BEHIND glass are so rude all the time. All I needed to do was drop a package off and I had my dog with me and they said no dogs allowed. Am I supposed to leave him outside??? They don’t sell food and they are behind glass-he’s not hurting anything the 5 seconds I was in there. We are a city of dogs and walkers.
