Ordered some items for an upcoming trip, the mail carrier marked it as delivered and I never received it! They delivered it to the WRONG address! This isn’t the first time either, I’m often getting other people’s mail. This makes me wonder how many other packages I just assumed were stolen but were really misdelivered 🙄

I paid for expedited shipping of my package and had to come and attempt to retrieve it MYSELF ! … they’re driver don’t know where they put my package .. their thought was next door 😂 if i could give it 0 stars i absolutely WOULD ! thank you to the nice girl in the front . She was great . This is very unacceptable. I was standing for about a hour

There's Something Fishy going on with this place. I have ordered a package online and it says out for delivery. on March 7th 2025 at 6:00 a.m/and at 5:01 p.m. (statuse) no access to Residence./ Update Delivery status 7:02 p.m. package was delivered at portal Locker but yet there was no package in my mailbox/LOCKER. That only the resident and the Postal Service would have a key. I checked all surrounding areas no package and still no response from customer service/management. Of usps

I went to this office to get my daughter's passport. I was helped by a man with bushy hair (I think he is between 45 and 55 years old), he was very kind to me and my daughter who had special needs. This man made the whole process super friendly and with a professionalism that is hard to find these days. I would have liked to ask his name to thank him through this post. 🙏

Genuinely had a quick and pleasant experience renewing my passport (less than 30 min). They also take your picture on site. It was a good experience and they were kind to everyone :) They even have a functioning phone number that I was able to call and ask a question before my appointment.

Okay, I see it’s not just me. First my IRS check comes up missing, no contact from post office , check just magically appears. Now my package is stating no access to be delivered at 9:30 pm with a house full of ppl and no on even attempted to ring the bell. And I’m sure I checked outside around this time waiting for the package.

This post office is ridiculous. The mail is constantly mixed up. The drivers never deliver mail on time and will be out delivering late at night. They have different mail carriers every week who mis deliver mail all the time I am going to report them because there is no way that mail should be mixed and mis delivered Dailey especially as someone who worked at the post office delivering mail all the time

Freaking mail man didn't deliver my package just come to the door scan the package and the took it back to the mail truck and it now says I requested the package to be picked up which is not true and I have the whole thing on video and iam going down their first thing in the morning to file a complaint and get my package that the mail carrier refused to deliver like dude it's your job and didn't even knock on my door
