The woman was pretty short with me, and then when I wasn’t looking, she self registered the green happy face for customer service on my behalf!

Went to the post office today to get my first time passport application through and I was in and out of the facility in 10 minutes. The women I speaked to were very kind and helpful. Much better than the facility in Arlington where I had two appointments fall through due to their issues.
