They left my package in their office and wouldn’t redeliver it. I can’t schedule a Redelivery because the site keeps saying that the address doesn’t match. I guess because it’s was sent from out of the country. My mail man told me that they didn’t tell them to Redeliver so my package is just stuck in their office. I miss the days when the post office would automatically Redelivery your package the next day. I’m not sure what kind of people are working there currently but they are some of the most lazy non prideful people I have every seen.

I would like to get a big shout out to Miss Brittany Postal Service at Clifton location help me to retrieve a package her professionalism was A1 10 across the boards I was able to retrieve my package had not been for her professionalism I would have never got that package a big thank you to her in the Postal Service she went beyond her job thank you Miss Brittany and my regular postal lady Miss Kendra she always look out for all the people in my building above and beyond

had a certified letter to be delivered from this office. It has been sitting for over a week with a no active scan on it, its is for my lawyer and this Is unacceptable?I work for the post office and this is not how a office should be runed.

Had a mis-delivered package. Over a few days, Ms. Kelly personally tracked it down and made sure it arrived at my place securely. She was nice, professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout. You don’t see this kind of service often :)

Facility is clean and well lit! There was only one person behind the desk working, but another lady opened her window and helped me! Very sweet employees! They also have a self serve kiosk for a few things in case you are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in line! Will visit again!

Doesn't anyone answer the phone down there? Some of the mailboxes at the apartment building I live are broken, so I have to come down to 1000 East Lexington to pick up my mail although I work most days from 9-5. I was trying to get some information from them and there's not even an automated message. I wait for a long time for them to answer then I get a busy signal. I thought that this was the 21st century, but I guess some businesses still operate as though it was the 20th century. Answer the phones! It's your duty to that for your customers.

The delivery person lie and say they came to my door three times never came sent my package to a location Saying that I said for pick up when they changed it for pick up never called back to even tell me that they were not delivering again so rude and unprofessional

Had an issue with my mailbox not opening, Annie resolved my issue right away with a great attitude, thanks!.Edit. It's been weeks, nobody fixed the box, went back, different person, she said i have to go back to the main post office n pay them with proof of id. This girl sounds more sure so 3 stars insteadEdit: i never did anything and it got fixed, i assume the first person was right, back to 5 stars
