This post office needs to be investigated immediately. Mail is never on time, if they even feel like delivering that day. Postal workers will deliver the packages, but not the mail or vice versa. They will sit in their trucks, on the phone instead of doing their jobs. They chose to work for the postal service, not me. If you’re afraid of the weather, then work somewhere else. DO YOUR JOBS.

EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER HAVE "NO CLASS" AND CORPORATE AND UP, CEO...NO ONE "GIVES-A-DAMN HOW THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AND WHO SUFFER AT THE "I DON'T CARE" STAFF..."NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT ME!! I AM NOT GOING TO LOSE MY JOB, IF THAT'S WHAT YOU THINK" !!!!They look back a the customers saying. OK!

I will definitely give it ZERO freaking stars! They need to investigate this Post Office because they are RUDE EMPLOYEES, SUPERVISORS etc ..they will RUSH you because the line is long WHEN IT'S THEIR FAULT! My mail was missing TWICE! I reported it, got no response...TRUST ME IM TAKING ACTION ON THIS! I was expecting an very important mail that I had to put on hold because I had to leave town(Emergency).. so I requested MY MAIL to be put on hold ..She came back gave me the WHOLE HOUSE MAIL!!! I should've caught her name but I knew I had to go because of the ridiculous line.. but next time I will catch her!

Saw the Mail person just sitting outside in their truck don't even think they came in they shut the truck off then turned it back on and drove away and then I get a notification saying "No Access to Delivery Location" seriously starting to get annoyed with this ?

They overcharge prepaid packages after you drop them off. Mine was 0.5 lb and they up it to 4 lb. It’s going into someone’s pocket.

We shipped an order for Mother's Day on May 8. It was supposed to be delivered on May 10. It has been sitting at this postoffice for 3 days now, missing the Mother's Day delivery. We have to refund our customer and have to wait 15 days before we can file a claim. Reading all these reviews, I understand now, why our package has not been delivered. This seems to be a very mismanaged post office.

I handle all deliveries of packages and mail where I work and in my twelve years of working I have never seen such lousy lazy and unprofessional people as some of the the carriers from Waverly post office. When you call to report issues the customer service people there are just as bad. They should be investigated and some of them should be terminated.

Very unpleasant people work there!I would give them a 0 stars if allowed.People are rude when you come there. They seem to always lose your packages or have no correct info.When you call, you get NO ONE!You have a better cance talking to a wall.One time I came in on time, between business hours to pick up a package and THEY HAD THE PLACE CLOSED!I went in and the doors that are normally open were shut. I peeked through the window and waved to alert them I wanted to pick up my package and one person rolled their eyes as if I am causing them an inconvenience.I mean sheesh, If you don't like your job, seek other employment!I am not on a slander campaign, I take receiving my mail seriously, and do so other people that get mail through USPS. Some places ONLY ship through them!If I had another choice, I would go for it.I dread getting my mail through them.

This is the worst worst post office I have ever been to in my life. Words literally cannot explain the lack of organization at this location. Shipping supplies are never fully stocked and they close randomly during the day for lunch which is a huge inconvenience

A mess. Employees aren’t professional– they’re on their phones a lot, no efficient with time and have poor attitudes. Also, no one ever answers the phone in the branch. This doesn’t happen oin Timonium.

We have tried to place mail holds to stop delivery when we are out of town. Consistently, they deliver our mail anyway. Once we had a temporary hold that clearly stated it was for 30 days and then mail delivery to resume. At the end of 30 days they decided that we'd moved and all mail was marked "return to sender; no forwarding address." I to go to my US House of Representatives constituent rep to get that one fixed.No one ever answers the phone. Going in person (as I did twice when our mail was being returned) is useless as the manager is either not available or has no answers

Awful. Will consistently leave “We Missed You” notices and then mark the reason as “Heavy.” Umm…you didn’t miss me, you didn’t even ring the bell, you just didn’t feel like carrying a 40-lb box of kitty litter. A requirement of the job is that mail carriers be able to lift 70 lbs. If you can’t/won’t do the job, why do you have it? This has happened to me at least 3 times, but it’s hard to complain when no one answers the phone.

This post office is my local .It has GREATLY IMPROVED since last. year.They have improved service by adding agent to serve customers by adding a second agent. Their array of stamps and mailing supplies has greatly increased!Prior to this improvement, many times they would have NO STAMPS for sale, and the agent (she is no longer there) would loudly announce, "We have no stamps ."I am happy that service has greatly improved at the Waverley PO.
