I haven't received my mail in 5 days. I have informed delivery so I see everything that is supposed to come the day of. It's either their lazy and don't deliver mail when they're supposed to or they are stealing it. It's a shame that you have to trust people to do right and they won't.

It said my packages was delivered 2 different orders 2 different times .1st order said delivered at 7:45 pm I got down to the lobby of my building at 7:53pm no packages. I asked the security guard sitting in the lobby do I have packages that was just delivered. She said no. 2nd package said delivered at 9:01 pm, but I was sitting in my hallway of my building watching the front door of my building when it said delivered. Nobody came into my building when it said delivered. USPS BE STEALING PACKAGES AND SAYING PACKAGES DELIVERED WHEN OBVIOUSLY NOT. SAD BUT THIS IS THE WORLD WE LIVE IN, YOU CAN'T EVEN TRUST USPS

Gone in to get lock changed to mail box and was told I would get a call after they checked with the post master of when it would be done. An still yet to receive that update about it. Was told there was a charge for it so it was pay and it's been over a month.Was told everything was delayed and in a back order. Very rude people. Act like they don't want to be there. Only have 2 to three people working and lines are long even in their none busy times.

Package either stolen. Still awaiting on a response on the matter. Lived here 2 years and never had any issues until now.

Mis delivered mail has almost put me out of business. Most of us are working from home. I don't know how to appeal to these individuals that their job matters and we completely depend on USPS for accuracy.

Once again I have an issue with the Govans USPS
I have the informed delivery status of when packages should be or are delivered.Today I received an alert of my package delivery,,I received 1 of 2 packages to include tracking number and information,,granted it was extremely HOT today and I filed a complaint with the business who sent the package,,even though informed delivery tracking says my package was delivered and I do not see my package in my mailbox or on my porch anywhere.
As a Former Federal Employee and Veteran I do understand to a certain point of the stress Site Management imposes on the staff at that location.If I do not receive my package by the close of business on July 8 2024 I shall file an investigation through the the Postal Investigative processes. If I were to rate this particular USPS branch and its management it would be a 1.5.
