History of package misplaced, mail lost etc. Usually on one desk clerk working, always a long line to do any business. Clerk is harried but pleasant

Despite Chrissy being amazing and patient with the customers , They have HORRIBLE SERVICE ! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! One employee stood there fanning herself while Chrissy did all the work , with a line out the door . Just unprofessional. Something must be done .
