USPS hires some of the worse customer service reps but won't even give me a chance. They won't even answer the phone or scan my mail for delivery. Quit if you can't do the job

Need a late day during the week. I shouldn’t have to go on a weekend when I have other things to do.

So the website says you take walk in passport applications but when I arrived I was told no they don't I asked if they had appointments today she said no so you have no appointments but you also can't take walk ups???
