I am beyond frustrated with USPS. My package says it was delivered Thursday, but it was not! I talk to someone after trying FOREVER to get someone on the phone, only to be told “to wait because mail carriers will mark packages as delivered when it’s late so they meet their quota, but the packages have not been delivered” this doesn’t even sound legal. I just want my package! So ridiculous

I haven’t received mail in 2 weeks and the letter I’m wait for to arrive should of been here a week ago the people said it was in route it never showed up smh what is goin on with the workers at this office

They deserve negative stars. They can’t be bothered at all to do their assigned jobs, they lie and make up hours of operation as confirmed by phone when checking with other locations for the same services. I hope this location is closed. These people deserve to lose their jobs. They give government workers a bad name. I wasted three trips to this post office because they refused to provide advertised services. I got my business done in one trip at a more professional location, but this resulted in hours of time wasted overall.

Absolutely terrible post office, they never deliver on Saturdays. Flat out lies about dogs (don’t have) or customer hold at post office (didn’t do) so they don’t have to deliver things.

Update...07/01/2024....To the mail person who has periodically stolen my mail, you will be caught for stealing my credit card that should have arrived in my mailbox the week of June 16th; it never arrived. God sees all. You have been reported to my credit card company and a Full investigation has been launched.
Mail has been on hold for almost a month, how can you have nothing???? Informed Delivery, your notifications to me state otherwise.

This is the worst post office I have ever gone to. Very understaffed. I went for fingerprinting 3 times and was turned away due to machine being broken and staff being unable to do it

We went to exchange our mailbox keys and file our change of address notices. It was about 11am and there was only one clerk and a line of people out to the lobby entrance. We asked for the forms, waited 10 minutes to get them. When we were ready, 3 people ahead of us were there for fingerprinting and we waited another 15 minutes. This is a typical experience at this location and part of the overall problem with the Postal Service in Baltimore City.

This location is always super helpful and very nice. I see customers just being rude and nasty which solves no problem at all, but they never return that same negative energy. Postal is a very important and serious job. I appreciate them at Loudon Avenue.
