Clerk at the counter was on a personal phone call, complaining LOUDLY about her post office job, WHILE ON THE JOB. She never spoke to me while processing my package, or quit talking on the phone the entire time we were in the PO. Terrible and terribly slow service. Also, they lost (stole? we don't know) a check I mailed two months ago and now have to pay fees and fines because of their incompetence. This PO is the worst.

Clerk at counter was having a personal phone call and barely paid enough attention to me to grab my slip for my packages. I am in a sling and splints right now because of a work incident. She didn’t even look at me as I struggled and dropped things. I had to take my arm out of my sling so I could get things together out to my car. Now I’m in pain. The packages aren’t heavy but I’m on a strict restriction. The least she could have done is help me stack them in a way that was easier for me to carry, if not just look at me and acknowledge me.
Seriously unprofessional. Only reason I send stuff here is because packages will get stolen otherwise.

Wow The service I received at this Post Office from Service rep Destiny was amazing and so helpful 87+ years ago old I am really thankful for her help with a pkg that I was trying to return

The service is bad. I was waiting outside for a long time. Lunch time ends at 2:30.Even then they were not opening the office. And no ways to contact them.

I usually find the folks working to be quite helpful and competent. The 1pm lunch break can sometimes be inconvenient for me, but I think it’s cool they give the workers a break. This post office is way way better than the one in Mt. Washington.

It’s the 21st century. Why is there no kiosk? If this location didn’t have the longest lunch break in the world it wouldn’t matter so much, but as things stand this place is closed and absolutely useless more than it’s open.

This post office is BY FAR the worst of the entire USPS system. Employees who don't care to actually deliver the mail, then they ignore HOLD MAIL requests when you don't want mail delivered. I have had greeting cards mailed to me that NEVER arrive, most likely because the carrier or whoever stole them looking for money. I heard they were under investigation? Here's a simple solution: FIRE EVERYONE THERE.
