I went in to get a book of stamps. The line was long, but moved quickly. The manager came out and helped move things along, which was awesome. The 2 ladies were kind & professional. Great location and parking. When I have to go to the Post Office, I typically visit this location and it’s always a good experience. I figured , I’d finally leave a positive review!

They waited until I showed up to say my appointment for my passport is cancelled even though the person was there. I took off work for it.
Perry Hall takes walk ins thankfully.

My package was stolen by my neighbor one year ago, and I emailed every single month for support. Emails, as well as phone calls. No support was provided after several email chains with Georgette Banks, Rosalind Melvin, Renee Morant, and everyone else at the United States Postal Service on E Northern Pkwy. My neighbor was delivered two packages that were mine, and they opened one, and kept the contents inside. This branch is unprofessional, ill-mannered, lazy, and lack basic problem solving skills.

Package was supposed to be delivered today, 12/14. Sat in living room until 7pm so that I would not miss delivery, get a notification from online shop that sent package stating that my package was out for delivery, then I get a notification saying my package was returned to post office and I could puck up or reschedule, but why when I’m in the house and no one ever knocked on door or left my package. Now I have to wait until Monday… BS!!!!! Whoever the mail carrier is was being lazy!!! Now I have to do their job and pick up my own package!!!!

They say on google that they close at 5 pm, it’s 3:13 pm on a Friday and they are closed. I’m so sick and tired of all the USPS in this area

I had a appointment to get my new passport at this location, that just about five minutes from my house, waited in line than was told the lady in charge of doing the passport is busy you need to go to the White Marsh location on Ebenezer. Now is this lady going to give me gas money to go all the way over to White Marsh and what is pont of making a appointment if they not going to honor it.

Ordered a package from the area, arrived at this post office on the 29th, expected the 3rd. It is the 3rd now and I haven’t received any update about it leaving the PO, meaning it’s been there for over 4 days, and still not even left their office. This aligns with the other reviews saying there is late delivery.

This location does not honor hours of operation. They close early and they open late. Hours posted by the door do not match service hours.

They like to close early. You cannot drop off a package after hours as well if it is larger than an envelope also as they don’t have a package box most other post office spots.

You all can ignore this review but be advised, it is at your own risk. This location has to be hands down, by far, and when I saw by far I mean 2nd place ain’t even on the radar. This is the worst location I have ever been to. Don’t believe me?Ignore this review and see for yourself.

they don't honor passport appointments. they just make people sit there and wait indefinitely. line of people waiting who made appointments. staff couldn't care less means. terrible management
