I visited the shop with almost no knowledge of how to fix my bike chain. A big thanks to the volunteer and biker Kevin for their incredible guidance and expertise. They were so knowledgeable about bikes and made the process really enjoyable. I had a great time fixing up my bike, and the positive, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better!

The folks who volunteer and run this place are amazing. Incredibly positive vibes where they guided me through the repair of a stuck chain, bent free wheel, and turned wheel. It’s very empowering learning about DIY bike repair and the community building that a project like this creates is great. Shout-out to Velocipede!

Great place! We are fixing up some old bikes and it was so helpful to have the tools and bike stand available. We also purchased new brake pads and tires to better fit our needs!

Exceptionally helpful. I took my bike in last night after having neglected it in my basement for two years, desperately needed some love. They got me an appointment within a week of calling. Sam was very friendly and helped me a ton with getting my bike roadworthy again, was very helpful every step of the way, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was in working order again.
