I don't know how they can stay in business with the incredibly incompetent service over the phone, the inept technical knowledge, and the inability to do business. I am switching my business phone and internet to Comcast, something I never thought I would ever do. I'm saving $120 a MONTH. The Customer "Service" idiots would put me on hold and then hang up on me. Never, never, never do business with Verizon. Every time it rains, I lose the phones at my store. I hate them so much, I would stand on the road and spin a sign telling people never to sign up with Verizon. EVER!

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. I was on the phone with them for over 3 hours. They transferred me between business and residential about 20 times. I even got transferred to Enterprise department and Building maintenance. (No joke) and hung up on by some ghetto lady. I'm stuck with them because they basically won't allow me to transfer my services.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever received from an type of establishment. Technician was rude, argued with the owner, unprepared and screwed up our business wiring. Now we are on the phone with Verizon attempting to reach someone and have been transferred to 4 different people over an hour with zero result. Most frustrating experience we have ever experienced with any company. Horrendous and shameful.

Our verizon commercial account has been a horrible experience. Do not get Verizon for commercial accounts. Mobile services are great but not dealing with businesses. They have a lack of support and the communication is horrible. Plenty of problems with the service but no resolutions. They will overbill you, send you emails that do not make any sense as to what the overages are, and the billing summaries are confusing. Verizon does not have tech support for businesses except for over the phone. This was not disclosed prior to receiving our account. They will charge you top dollar for no service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
