I tried to set up my new S25 Ultra by phone, when I got disconnected from the Verizon customer service rep I drove to the Verizon store on Fleet Street. Allysa was amazing! She was helpful, reassuring, and communicated often with updates on getting my phone set up. Highly recommend Allysa. Thanks for setting up my new phone!

Ananda was excellent! I’ve been meaning to get my phone upgraded for like a year now and when I saw the promotion for $500 off an iPad, I just had to come by. There were some challenges in the verification process, but Ananda and her team made it so seamless. Thank you Verizon!
