Very slow service, unorganized and unprofessional staff, and no respect or compassion for customers.

Important to note that this a corporate run Verizon store, and if you’re not an account manager or an authorized user they won’t be able to help you.I went in to get a new phone as mine is dying and was told that one of the account managers needed to add me as an authorized user before they could assist me. Manager said there was nothing they could do, and neither of the account managers could add me as they were getting new phones at the time. The manager at the store even spoke with one account manager on the phone but they weren’t able to do anything and repeated I had to be added in order to assist me. Would’ve been nice to know this was going to be an issue so I didn’t waste my time.

Return transactions went smoothly and quickly.Problem i had was that the employee that helped me did not greet me. I had to initialize the transaction.

I scheduled an appointment online and was helped by Justin at the front desk. I appreciate his help and expertise on getting my phone fixed quickly and efficiently. Thank you Justin for the help!

Amazing experience!!! My phone was on SOS and I was very upset as it was Monday morning and I had a very busy week, and the store associate (I believe his name was John?) was a lifesaver! Super quick & very professional. Highly recommend

Definitely recommend this store. Donte calmed me down & assisted me very professionally with my phone. My phone was on SOS & he talked me through what was going on. Very appreciative for his superior customer service.

The Manager Devon is rude. He lacked empathty for me & I had been in the store for over 8 hours in 2 days. The other staff was friendly.

Customer service is awful. Spent 45 minutes, hung up. Called back later, after 40 minutes still no person. Also they don't call back after saying they will. Worst service ever.

So yeah, my experience at the Verizon store was pretty good. I was able to get everything I initially needed at that time...I'm sure we'll continue to have a great business relationship..

Staff were unclean. Person helping me had not showered, hair was wild L, shirt untucked. Completely unprofessional demeanor. Why go to brick and mortar? I can do everything online. Waste of space.
