I wanted to give them 5 stars cause overall they were friendly and helpful and it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but this really rubbed me the wrong way:
They repeatedly told me I could upgrade my phone *for free*, but it wasn’t until the very last second that they casually mentioned the $90 tax + service fee.
I wasn’t even there to upgrade my phone — I genuinely believed that they were doing me a solid here, not upselling me on a phone that I didn’t want.
Maybe I’m the idiot for thinking that “free” meant that there would be no charge, but it’s just shady to omit that detail until I’m literally about to sign for it.

She did not help me she is bad. she gave me number to call i am already living alone i dont have extra phone. she should make troubling shoot from her side put she did not put any effort to help and there is lack of experience .

I have nothing but positive experiences with the service at this Verizon location. The store manager, Lexie, is amazing! I recently started a plan with Verizon and she walked me through the entire process and gave us her full attention and was patient throughout the process.
Additionally, I had a small issue a month or so later and gave her a call and she was an available contact for me to call directly rather than having to wait through customer service. We trouble shot and she directed me to a solution for the issue I was facing. High quality service here!

Lexi is the best!! She makes this particular Verizon store a nice place to go to if you are in need of anything phone-wise.
She not only offered the best deals to us, but she also helped when we needed help with a watch issue.

Went in to trade in my phone and Lexi was super helpful by answering any questions I had and making sure I was all set before I left the store. I’ve gone back and asked questions a couple times and she’s very helpful every time
