I am giving this store one star because there is not an option to give a zero. The store did not give us the free iPad that we were promised with our purchase of a new iPhone in December. They said they were out of stock and continued to say so when we called to follow up. When we tried again in March, they were condescending to both me and my husband, explaining that were required to pick up the device (which, according to them wasn't there) within 30 days. Then, they told us to "call customer service."

Just came to this location at 6:34pm and the hours state it is open until 7pm. Doors are locked but lights are still on with an employee inside texting on their phone. They saw me and just turned around and walked into the back room.Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Just needed something quick but now I'm not even able to go to another location in time.

I would avoid this location. I purchased a phone and started a new plan about a year and a half ago. The sales person was very pushy and signed me up for things without telling me the full details. For example, he would say we have this promotion where you can get a free Apple Watch. However, it is not really free. Yes, you can take it home that day without paying anything, but you will have a charge on your bill for it every month until it is paid off. I know now to do more research and ask for the terms in writing so I can look at all of the fine print.
