I came into Vision works to update my prescription on one of existing frames. Unfortunately the ones I had been wearing for awhile broke and I wanted to use my older frames. Sherry, helped me figure out the information needed to get my new lenses in my existing frames. Throughout the interaction I was confused because usually I go with whatever the prescription recommends but Sherry gave me alot of options that I wasn't familiar with as this was only my second pair of glasses. She was very helpful in explaining the differences, although I can tell it was frustrating her a little bit. I didn't mean any harm, perhaps it being at the end of the business she was tired. I asked her options for payment and she gave me detailed options on using affirm. Great service and information, she recommended I come back with a spare pair of glasses as to not drive without glasses. She wanted me to be safe. I really appreciated it. I came back next week and Robin closed the sale for me and was great! She met me with a smile and made me feel good about the purchase. I wanted to make sure Sherry was recognized for her service as well... She was very helpful and made sure I was good to go!! I just hope I didn't frustrate her, again I'm novice. 5 stars and I'll definitely be back to see Robin for my second pair!

I went into this location to browse for some replacement glasses because I was referred to this specific location, which had a wide variety of nice frames to choose from. I was greeted and helped by Ms. Kim, who had an awesome personality and impeccable customer service from start to end, also Hunter, who recommended a special eye service test that Visionworks offers. Overall, I can recommend this location because of the great experience I had working with Ms Kim. Thank you

Got a contact exam received the wrong prescription and the doctor wrote a prescription for contacts of a specific brand so I couldn’t choose my own contacts and they never came in and every week when I called to check on the status no one would answer the phone and if I did speak with someone I never got a return phone call terrible location

What a total delight. My experience at white marsh location. Staff is wonderful and also the physician.Pleaseant,clean and friendly environment.Total customer service.A huge thank you to everyone there for a wonderful and professional service .I highly recommend this Visionworks location .Great people and a great place for eye care and services.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance, received a confirmation text that my appointment was coming up in two days, made time in my schedule to arrive ahead of time by 15 minutes. When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled because someone else called in the day of and wanted that time slot, so because the optometrist could not get ahold of me two hours before my appointment was canceled in favor of the person who called in. Don’t make appointments in advance if you are going to cancel them even after sending a confirmation two days prior! I wasted my time. No , actually you wasted my time. I will not be back.

Awesome customer service from the employees on 01/01/2024. Very informative and patient. They all deserve a raise or bonus due to me receiving the best service throughout my appointment at Vision Works. From entering to existing my experience was amazing, even the reminder phone call I received from one of the employees was excellent. Thanks to the Vision Works employees at Honey Go Blvd location I will definitely be returning for more services.

Worst establishment I have experienced in my lifetime. First the staffs are rude. I gave these folks my frames to help fit my prescription only for them to come back stating it is missing. Yes! a $600 frames missing and the lady was like yikes, you already signed that we not responsible for missing frames.My question: why take the frames if you knew it will be missing?Anyway, i will never be back here. I am not bothered about the missing frames but the way they talk down on people and the lack of empathy…etc. save yourself the headache, stat away from this place.

The manager, Kim, was extremely kind and helpful. I have returned here to adjust my initial negative review because of how well she handled my initial concern/complaint about an employee. It takes nothing to treat people with kindness and respect-She went above and beyond to make sure she rectified the situation. I hope that the store celebrates her for her skills, warmth, and ensures that she feels valued. Thank you, Kim.

You guys did an excellent job, excellent customer service and everyone was friendly. I just wished I could have gotten my glasses the same day instead of having to come back two weeks later. Other than that is was a great experience and the young lady at the end was extremely helpful and friendly.
