If I could rate zero stars then I would. I’m not picky at all and I didn’t even complain or speak up which is my own fault. The pedicure was rushed and done in about 20 minutes; not relaxing at all. There’s obvious lumps in the polish and wasn’t cleaned from my skin. It’s horribly inconsistent from toe to toe, the nail isn’t painted all the way up on some toes. I won’t be returning and I advise you to not spend your money here either.

I love Leo at VS Nails, does an excellent job and listens to what i want and helps me with nail color when i can't decide!
Reasonably priced too...

Not worth it they did my gel nail for 10 mins and it’s not even cleaned. I should have done it myself. Poor nail technician. 😡

Told him I wanted long as that's what I came in with. I corrected the length twice still ended up with super short nails. He hurt me over and over,didnt paint the whole nail or even fill the whole nail. My nail bed has been sore for like a week now. He charged me full price after telling me there was a cash discount and 2.50 a charm (he said he wanted to do it so he would give me it cheap.) Charged me 10 for them. 10$ for 2 charms. My nails are ruined. Most of the techs didnt display any license either. Very very unprofessional. Want my money back but these shops never give your money back and want to argue. Learn from my lesson. Don't waste your money.

The worst service ever! I was given an express pedicure! I am a licensed nail tech who chooses to have someone perform my pedicure. First:
He did not wipe down the station.
My water was cool.
He failed to allow my feet to soak.
He tried to convince me several times to get acrylic on my toes.
He failed to put cuticle remover on my toes.
He he failed to push my cuticles back.
He was constantly focused on other people walking into the establishment.
My pedicure was at least 20 minutes!

Believe the reviews. My first time here and I won’t be back. Rush job on pedicure and still charged $45. I can honestly say this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received in my life.

This place is absolutely trash! Just walking in didn't feel welcoming. The pedicure was rushed. She cut my pinky toe (not the toenail) and continued to use alcohol on my toes when it was already in pain. And during the pedicure when they removed the plastic, she told me to put my feet back in the foot bath. HOW WAS THAT SANITARY?!?!?! After that, I had to dry my toes with a space heater. And after my toes dried and I took a good look at my toes, MY BIG TOE WAS ENTIRELY CROOKED!! It's so visible I'm pissed about it. And it looked like a child polished my toes. I will never be returning!!!!

They rush through, even though not busy. Didn't even have me wash my hands after a fill yesterday. Sloppy work. Uneven paint, poor filing, uneven nails. Didn't do as asked. Overcharged $45 for fill. 3rd time, problems every time. Won't go back.
