Very bad service and missing medications. Not filled by the pharmacist and not telling patient about it.
We found out later and even we requested the medication to be filled. They said wednesday 8/20/2025. I called and waited 2hrs on hod. Finally we are told we are not aware of it. I think they are going out of business like the other stores.

Gave this rating a 4, because I found what I was looking for, but although I was the only patron in the store, I had to wait for the security guard and the cashier to finish their 3 minute conversion to check out. First time visitor.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy (they rarely answer the phone) but the final straw was my auto refill orders getting delayed 3 times, just for me to check my account and the orders are not even being processed. Not the staff’s fault that they’re obviously understaffed but something’s gotta give. Rite Aid customers- do yourself a favor and transfer elsewhere

The last couple of months I've went there the young lady seems like she doesn't want to do her job and has told every customer that I've seen so far insurance doesn't cover their prescription I think she's trying to pocket their money

Worst pharmacy ever!! Make sure you pack a lunch!! You might be there for awhile!!! I got there only to pick up meds for my wife, CVS is where I go. in and out,And for real I can go to the MVA and get in and out there quicker than going to this place. Wish I could give -20 Stars

I useto love this pharmacy but here lately it's always something. The drive-thru is always closed. Go inside to find the lines wrapped around the back of the store. Only two people working what's the point on having a drive-thru if it's never open andrhey tell you come back in a hour and your medicine is still not ready truly ridiculous

Truly the worst pharmacy in the worst Walgreens ever. I only go here out of absolute necessity because it’s the closest one, but tbh it might be worth driving 30 min to not have to step inside this place again. The pharmacy is 100% literally always under staffed, the drive through is always closed, there is ALWAYS a line of people ten deep. In the time it takes to pick up a prescription I could have already driven to any number of better Walgreens pharmacies.

Don't waste your time at the pharmacy. They told me to pick up a prescription yesterday evening, and I decided to pick it up today instead, and it was still not ready nor be ready soon for what I could see.
Very slow, slow, slow staff. Someone should do something about it.
