Waited 2 hours on the phone before being disconnected. Also, waited an hour in line in store.This location seems understaffed and has no bi-lingual employees.I’ll be changing pharmacies asap.

My experience was that they hardly answer their phone and when they do they are incredibly rude.

They close at 11:00pm but they refused entrance at 10:47pm because the Cashier and the Cashier's little Friend were too busy whining about their sad little lives.

Welp i was parking in the parking lot around 11pm in the Walgreen pharmacy and a black lady came out the store she was employe guessing .06.29.23 night shift bcuz she just saw a dog in a car she got alittle defensive and to our dog that was never attacking her or barking at her very rude lady her attitude was nasty to to us.

So....... I came back for my second shingles shot. I cancelled on a Saturday because the line was extremely LONG, but came back Sunday. It was still long, but moving quicker. There was one woman waiting for a COVID vaccine and one behind me getting the Flu & Bivariant vaccine. I feel sorry for the pharmacist because I can tell they're short-staffed. I waited about 30 minutes and he got us all at the same time. He was very cordial and pleasant while administering my vaccine. I heard him dealing with customers at the window and he was still patient. It's gotta be tough to come to work everyday and have so much work with not enough help. This Walgreens STAYS busy (unless you're able to come during the weekday). But everybody has always been pleasant. The cashier checking me out at the front door took her time to open a Walgreens account for me. But yeah, until they get help you should probably plan to spend time at the pharmacy.

I'll call her out by name this time; Aliyah was extremely rude, slow & liked to roll her eyes while she helped me get my medication. My experience with her was the reason I switched to Safeway pharmacy.My new pharmacy was out of stock of one of my prescriptions & so I just went to the closest pharmacy that had it in stock (should've known better). Yesterday I called to ask if they had my specific medication in stock & they assured me MULTIPLE times that they had it in stock.I gave them the info to get the script transferred & they said to call back at 4:30 to check if they got it. I called at 5pm (they close at 6) & NOBODY answered A SINGLE phone call. Not the pharmacy, not customer service, NOTHING. I called corporate because I was pissed. Corporates response was "I can't seem to find a reason they're not answering calls. If you leave your name & number I'll have the pharmacist reach out to you about your medication." LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS LOLsomeone needs to figure out wtf goes on inside this store lol

The pharmacy is currently a mess. Chronically understaffed & borrowing employees from other locations. This has been my pharmacy for 5 years and I know they are very busy, and I am patient with them.Had a terrible experience last month - they refuse to answer the phones (for prescribers too) and this is well known amongst other pharmacies in the area (Harris Teeter for one). They pick up and then put you back on hold endlessly. When I went in after calling all morning they had 4 people working in the pharmacy, ZERO customers, and not a single person was answering the phones.Trying to get a prescription transferred is a nightmare. I eventually had to go into the store for the 3rd time in 4 days (after countless phone calls by me, my prescribers, and HT) and cause a scene to get my med transferred.If they can get their act together I will update this review but I think I’m going to just give up and change pharmacies.

This store #5409 pharmacy department needs to be retrained for better customer service. They have a young 22 yrs old looking female that's rude and the pharmacist is also unprofessional. My wife asked for her prescription back to take to drugcity and Walgreens retaliated by not taking it out of their system and so drugcity is showing that Walgreens filled it, yet after several trips back and forth between the two drugstores Walgreens doesn't have it after 2 days. Very petty and we refuse to visit Walgreens again. Corporate must not care about customers

Avoid the pharmacy here if it all possible. Someone I knew went here for a COVID shot on a Monday night and ended up having to wait about an hour past their appointment time. I came for a shot a few days later and the wait wasn't as bad as in the middle of the day but for something I had to make an appointment for it still wasn't impressive. One thing I saw that made me extremely mad was that there was an elderly woman in line in front of me picking up some prescriptions. She asked if she could also get her COVID booster and the staff just dismissively told her no, she had to make an appointment first. This was someone who was extremely old and very mobility impaired. Getting to the pharmacy at all was clearly a significant challenge for her. There was zero thought or initiative to help her out though, just a dismissive "come back with an appointment". I was appalled. I will say that the actual pharmacist I dealt with was courteous, professional and fast. The other staff was mostly very slow and unfriendly though and the ones who were trying were swamped with more work than they could handle.
