The pharmacy techs are super inconsistent. There are nice techs and there are incredibly rude techs. Their phone etiquette is non-existent. Considering this pharmacy is always behind in filling scripts, I would think that they would be nicer to their customers. I only use this pharmacy because it is convenient. I can see that this location won’t last much longer if the staff does not improve their customer service skills.

It's a shame what happened to this pharmacy. When our family switched to this location years ago, before 2020, the pharmacists were friendly, efficient, and organized. I gave them grace during the pandemic because it was a rough time for many, and a couple of years afterwards, as they experienced pockets of improvement with the lines eventually getting shorter and newer staff getting up to speed. But my last few visits to this location have been horrible. The lines became longer once again, the staff have become rude, disorganized, and lack basic communication skills when it comes to delivering base-level customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location if you can.

Lucky I gave one star... this pharmacy is absolutely a hot mess. No one communicates, they are over worked and understaffed. The tell you to sit down and wait ... then forget about you ...Absolutely horrible!!! 2 hours and still waiting!! I left without my medicine and asked to have it transferred somewhere else!! They need to just shut this store down... nothing is ever stocked ... and never do they have Staff ...

went for flu shots and covid vaccine for a scheduled appointment. had to wait over 30 min. no chairs available room for shots was dirty.

I called from a doctors office to refill a script for a patient and was put on hold 4 times, for a total of 18 minutes, never got to speak with the pharmacist. Very unprofessional.

Walgreen is so expensive but we need them right I get my prescriptions there and I always have to wait in a long line forever and ever need to do better at the pharmacy
