Chronically understaffed, underpaid employees means that you will be on hold at least 30 minutes and if you do get a real human good luck getting them to care about you or your medicatipn needs.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Location if You Can.
I rarely leave reviews, but the consistent problems at this Walgreens Pharmacy have pushed me to speak up. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff is either overwhelmed, indifferent, or both, and every visit feels like a battle just to get basic service.
Prescriptions are never ready on time. I’ve received multiple text alerts saying a prescription was ready, only to show up and be told they’re still waiting on the medication—or worse, they’re out of stock entirely and don’t know when it will be restocked. There’s no communication, no urgency, and certainly no apology.
Expect long lines, even for simple pickups, and don’t be surprised if you're told to “come back tomorrow” without any explanation. It’s completely unacceptable, especially when it involves essential medications. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious risk to people’s health. Walgreens needs to take a hard look at how poorly this location is managed. Until then, I’ll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere—and I suggest others do the same.

Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a 1/2 star or no star. The Pharmacy Service is awful. One young man in particular, always interacts as though he is doing you a favor. Staffing in general need classes in customer service.

Medication is never ready, asked to have a seat but they are all filled . He told me to come back in 20 minutes then gives me attitude when I’m standing up waiting because I was told twenty minutes. They need more staff! Very inconvenient!

This location has one of the worst staffers workers. I mean even the pharmacist doesn't care about the customers. She was rude and unprofessional all the time. I do my business with other stores. But they need workshops on how to handle customers.

Worst pharmacy ive ever been to, makes me angry just thinking about it. Every time I've been here to get my prescription I leave feeling upset and disrespected. Nobody should have to deal with the rudness and mean comments made by employees in this store just to get a prescription. Either restaff this store or let an actually competent pharmacy be here, but whatever happens I will not be coming back ever.

Awful customer service. Ordered photos. They told me it was ready. Showed up and they complained about how many I ordered. I had to come back later.They also did not give me larger prints that I ordered and instead of arguing, I've just decided to never go back.

RX section runs properly. Too many kids up front end. Baggy pants, tight spandex pants, too much playing around. Associate would not help getting a coupon attached nor modify for pricing. Offered no solution. Too busy on his phone. Get some adults working in here.

Worst pharmacy experience possibly of my life. Entire staff is rude (clearly Baltimore local culture). Three poorly construed lines for vaccines, consultation, and pickup/dropoff. Was here 15 minutea early for a scheduled appointment in the correct line for vaccines and was directed to the drop/off pickup line. Then by two staff members, was told I was in the wrong line and sent to the back of the line of the store I was in. That line has not moved and it's newrly 15 mimutes past my scheduled time. There is a ghetto, poor, stupid, scracthed up little sign that I was directed to as an explination for my being in the wrong line, even though I was directed away from it. There is a hanging sign for consulation (which double as the vaccine line?) But no hanging sign for anything else, so why would any of us notice the tiny scratched up mini-post? Each staff member moves like a sloth and not one of them is polite to me or others. The line ia down aisles and there is no to poor communication. Trash, run by trash, for trash - stay away for your owm sake and save yourself time.
